God pursues us all. He does. He pursues us in all different ways. Can you raise your hand if you have been pursued by God? 

Okay it is everybody’s hands it looks like.

He pursues in different ways. He pursues through dreams, He pursues through thoughts, He pursues through circumstances, He pursues through people speaking to you. He pursues through coincidences, signs. He pursues and He has been pursuing all of His people. He pursues them to entice them to seek Him so that they can find Him. He pursues and He is hinting: “I’m real! I love you! Come, find me!” The bible says you have to seek Him to be able to find Him. He doesn’t force Himself. You have to seek. 

Anybody here, did you have to seek God to find Him? 

Yeah! That’s all of your hands! It is true. And the more you seek Him, the more you’ll find Him. The more you seek Him wholeheartedly, the more of Him you will find, the more of Him you will experience, the more healing, freedom, peace, joy, anointing, abundant life, miracles you will experience.

Most of you here are believers. And you have seeked God and you found Him, you heard Him pursuing you. And you were hungry and you seeked Him. Not everyone is like you. God is pursuing every one of His children but not everyone is like you. Not everyone is hungry yet. Not everyone is enticed enough yet, they like the world too much.

Anybody came to seek God because you didn’t have much, you hit rock bottom? And that is what made you seek God? Some people haven’t hit rock bottom yet. They are too hungry with the world. They are too filled with the things of the world. They are not seeking.

People like you talk to them, you talk full of joy about God and they are like: "That means I’d have to give up my sin and I like my sin and my life is pretty good. I have money. Success. Family."

That is how a lot of people are. It is the truth. They are not hungry, that is why they are not here. Do you know, how big LA is? How many people are in LA? How many people are in churches of LA right now? How many people are in this church and in every church in LA right now compared to the number of people in LA right now? There’s a lot of people who are not hungry for God. He is pursuing them but they are not hungry for God.

So out of God’s love He is instilling hunger in them. As I said, how many of you have hit rock bottom and that’s what led you to seek God? That’s a lot of hands. Wow. Isn’t that eyeopening? You are not the only one who had to hit rock bottom to seek God.

Some people may have a sense: "Oh, God is real." - But they don’t take Him seriously. They don’t think: "Maybe I’m supposed to follow Him and read the bible and follow what the Word says and go to church." They don’t think that way. They just think: "Oh, yeah God exists. …" And God needs to wake them up. God needs to do something to instill that hunger. For some it is allowing them to hit rock bottom. Allowing them to endure tragedy. Loss. This is because He loves them. It doesn’t make sense now in the temporary or without spiritual sight like I am giving you now by God’s power. It doesn’t make sense how this is love BUT IT IS LOVE.

Those of you that hit rock bottom, that was God allowing that, that was His love to put hunger in you. There wasn’t another way for you. He tried! That was His love for you!

God allows tragedy to happen for His love for the people that don’t know Him yet because He doesn’t want them to be in hell eternally. And He doesn’t want them to be in bondage from the devil right now. And He wants them to know His love. So He corrects, He disciplines, He punishes in some cases those He loves. 

And also, to open your eyes more: How many of you in your past life, before knowing Jesus, because you had bondage, how many of you hurt other people? 

This is almost everybody.

Now, how many people in your life, who have hurt you, were not surrendered believers? 

Okay so there’s a lot of people with demons out there right now that are hurting a lot of people. In God’s love He is instilling fear of God and turning hearts so they can stop hurting people. Look at His great love. It is that too! 

How many of you are happy that God saved you and stopped you from hurting people?

Amen! He allowed you to hit rock bottom, He allowed you to go through tragedy, He allowed you to experience pain so that you can stop hurting people. So that you could know His love. So that you could be saved from a lifetime in hell. HOW GOOD IS OUR GOD! You see: HIS WAYS ARE GOOD! Always!
