Interview with Pastor Heather Holley Baeumel.

Apostle Kathryn:

Humility is the path to everything one could desire and more. We desire an abundant life, blessings for the glory of God in our lives. We desire to be used mightily by God.

And I see many Christians, they have these desires, but they don’t want to got the humble route. It is not that their desires are bad. There could be some selfish motivation sometimes. But at the end of the day, “I want God to use me” is a good desire. But a lot of people, they have this resistance to go the humble way and it breaks my heart because I know they are just stuck. They can’t force God’s hand. 

You are much older than me. You have been a Christian decades longer than I have been. You taught in bible school, I didn’t even go to bible school. That shows the level of humility you have. It doesn’t make sense in the natural why God would choose to release the impartation to you in this way, why He would have you growing and being equipped in this way. But His ways are not our ways. They are perfect. We don’t get to choose, it is God’s choice who He uses and His ways.

What do you have to say to those people that feel like “Oh, what will people think?”, they feel that internal struggle. What do you have to say to them?

Pastor Heather: 

If you have no anointing, it is like a Christian in name only. It is having a form of godliness but no power. If you are a fireman but you don’t have any water, you are not a fireman. You might have a uniform on, you might have a big red truck, you might have a siren, but if you don’t have any water, you cannot put anybody’s fire out.

The minute you see the first person truly set free because you carry the anointing, you can’t go back! You realize: “I am actually helping! Now I am a fireman with water! I am a minister with power. And I am doing the will of my father who sent me.”

Apostle Kathryn:

God sends leaders to show the right way. And you have shown the right way, you have shown the right way for pastors, for ministers, for church leaders at this hour that we are in in this endtime revival.
