The Joshua GenerationĀ
This message was shared by Apostle Kathryn Krick, Lead Pastor/Apostle of 5F Church, in Los Angeles on June 14, 2026. To watch the full video, scroll to the bottom of this post. We pray this teaching blesses you and equips you to walk as a powerful vessel of God.
Prophet GeorDavie, my spiritual father, prophesied all that is happening now in revival, and he has also shared with me that we are the Joshua generation. Today I’m going to share what it means to be the Joshua generation, and how to be like Joshua. In the Bible, it says, “‘In the last days,’ God says, ‘I will pour out my Spirit on all people” (Acts 2:17). This means that we are going to see a greater outpouring of His Spirit than ever before, in the last days before Jesus returns. And the Bible says that Jesus will not return until the Bride is ready (Revelation 19:7). We have to be prepared. We have to be without blemish, spot, or wrinkle, which means we have to be purified (Ephesians 5:26-27). The Church needs to look the way God intends it to look. What is the church supposed to look like? Look at the Book of Acts. Many believers read it as a history book, but they’re not reading it as an example and as a blueprint of what the church should like today, and of what a believer's life should look like.
God wants us to look like the Book of Acts, where the power of God is moving. There, in the church, people were healed and delivered—not just a couple of people, but it says that all who came under Peter’s shadow were healed and delivered (Acts 5:15-16). It says they devotes themselves to the teachings of the apostles (Acts 2:42). Where are the apostles today? We only hear about pastors. In the Books of Acts, we see all fivefold ministry offices. We see teachers, pastors, and evangelists, and we also prominently see apostles and prophets.
In the New Testament, it shares about the fivefold ministry and the importance of the fivefold ministry (Ephesians 4). It’s not random that there are apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, but there must be all fivefold offices because God has put in a special grace and anointing for each office to build and equip the body of Christ. So it simply means that if we are missing one or two, then we are missing nutrients, just like when we are not getting the vitamins and the nutrients that our body requires to be strong, radiant, and flourishing. We need the spiritual food, the anointing, and the equipping that the fivefold ministry brings. We need it from the apostles and from the prophets. We are flourishing today because we are accepting God’s ways of His fivefold ministry, of apostles and prophets. We are here today because of words that a true prophet spoke—not just the prophecy over my life and my calling, or the prophecy that God has heard America’s prayers for revival and He is answering them now, but also the prophecies that Prophet GeorDavie, my spiritual father, has spoken as a prophet in my life. He has spoken prophetic instructions and given prophetic guidance and wisdom so many times because he sees in the spirit as a prophet. We are in God's timing because of the office of the prophet operating in this church through my spiritual father. We are able to recognize the cloud and the pillar of fire by night because we have spiritual eyesight, which we have because we’ve embraced the office of the prophet.
The Bible says that Christians devoted themselves to the teachings of the apostles. Here, you are getting fed. You are getting spiritual meat through the teachings that come through apostles. So you’re no longer lukewarm or baby Christians, but you are mature. You know how to have victory over the devil. That comes from the equipping of the fivefold ministry, especially through the apostles.
God has brought revival,.and we are seeing revival and so many miracles that God is doing. So many people are being freed and healed, and God is doing so many signs and wonders. We are seeing people being healed and delivered through the screen and this revival expanding all over the world. We currently have 49 small groups around the world. So we are living in revival! And God wants this revival for the whole body of Christ, because this revival is the purification, beautification, and preparation of the body of Christ. This transformation is needed. The whole body of Christ needs to come into alignment with God’s ways. They need to accept His power and His anointing. They need to accept deliverance ministry. They need to accept God’s heart and will for people to be free. The body of Christ needs to accept miracles and signs and wonders rather than being afraid of them and of what people will think. The whole body of Christ needs to embrace the Holy Spirit and accept the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the fire of the Holy Spirit, and the way the Holy Spirit moves however He wants and manifests however He wants. The body of Christ needs to accept the Holy Spirit coming in power. This is God's will, and He means serious business. This is not a situation of churches doing whatever they want to do. No, God means serious business. The body of Christ must be transformed, purified, and beautified. It must carry His power. So this is the move of God that God is doing upon the earth, and we are so honored here at Five-Fold Church to be leaders in this.
The promised land looks like doing the work that God is calling us to do: the equipping of the saints—not lukewarm, feel-good messages that are accepted and popular, but anointed spiritual food that opens up eyes. This is God's promised land for us, as this revival army, Five-Fold Church, and other members of the revival army around the world. It’s not just one ministry, but I’m speaking to you here at Five-Fold Church. God has called us to be able to preach this to the world—this good news that God is moving in power to heal and deliver and save. He’s called us to preach and to teach this good news, this spiritual meat that people need to have victory over the devil. And He’s called us to demonstrate God’s power to the world—to heal the sick, cast out demons, and impart the anointing. So the promised land is us being able to do that without Pharisees and religious people in power putting a ceiling over our heads.
The promised land is God opening up doors for us to be able to reach the ends of the earth to minister to the people, to do the work of God. Because the Pharisees of today hold the ground, they look the other way, or they attack. There are some who look the other way and then there are some who attack. There are some who won’t let you through the platforms they have and the doors they could open. And there are some who try to push you further away. Those are the giants in the promised land. So our promised land is this place in the body of Christ where we are free to do the work of God that millions and billions of people haven’t been able to see yet because of the religious giants occupying the land.
There are so many believers today who are just going through the motions in the lukewarm church they’re sitting in. Maybe they’re not big social media people or maybe they just haven’t seen and hungered yet. But it’s like they’re trapped. God wants to reach those people. So many of them are oppressed and they need freedom. There’s a reason certain people aren’t being reached. It’s not because they don't have good hearts or they lack hunger. No, there are giants in the land that are occupying the place where these people can be reached. So this is our promised land, and we are the Joshua generation.
The devil is a liar! The devil lied about Jesus through the Pharisees, but Jesus was fully truth. They lied and said that He was a heretic, that He was a false prophet, that He was using demonic powers to cast out demons. All that was a lie. He carried the full truth. But there were these religious strongholds—powers in the land—that were holding people back from seeing the truth. But they were destroyed. On the day of Pentecost, the fire of the Holy Spirit came, and the religious spirits could not win. Revival exploded massively. Three thousand people who did not see, many of whom were responsible for crucifying Jesus, could now see. The day of Pentecost was the promised land for the believers of God. And the Bible says that the believers that were there kept multiplying. That’s because the giants had been destroyed. The giants who made thousands leave Jesus after He preached a controversial sermon about eating His flesh and drinking His blood to receive salvation (John 6)—now they were destroyed. And even though the disciples still faced persecution, every day they were living in victory. Every day believers were added to their number. People really could see the truth like never before!
When I say that we are the Joshua generation, that’s what I mean: we are the ones called to enter this promised land.
The previous generation is praying for revival. There are some who believed in the power of God and knew about the power of God. There were vessels of God who cast out demons and healed the sick, but it was very small, niche ministry. Very few people would accept it. That’s the previous generation. We are the Joshua generation, where this revival is taking over the body of Christ to transform and purify the whole body of Christ.
We are going to see God open up doors that no man can shut. We are going to see the walls of Jericho come down, and we will enter this promised land.
This is the season we are in right now, where all of a sudden, you see the promised land. You wandered in the wilderness for so long, but now you can see it. You’re not fully in it yet but you can see it. You can sense the season. You can sense the closeness. You can sense what God is doing. You can sense the fire He’s putting in us to march around the walls of Jericho and shout praises to God, to blast our trumpets to proclaim what God is doing, to proclaim His goodness with all fire in our spirits.
Numbers 13:1
The Lord said to Moses, “Send some men to explore the land of Canaan, which I am giving to the Israelites. From each ancestral tribe send one of its leaders.”
Listen to what God says to Moses: “I’m GIVING this land to your people, to the Israelites. But send some men in there to explore it.” It wasn’t just a cake walk; there was a journey, a process, and a strategy to possess the land that God had given them.
So He gives it, but we have to do our part. We have to work. We have to have faith. We have to have wisdom, to hear wisdom and strategies from the Holy Spirit.
Numbers 13:17-20, 26-33
When Moses sent them to explore Canaan, he said, “Go up through the Negev and on into the hill country. See what the land is like and whether the people who live there are strong or weak, few or many. What kind of land do they live in? Is it good or bad? What kind of towns do they live in? Are they unwalled or fortified? How is the soil? Is it fertile or poor? Are there trees in it or not? Do your best to bring back some of the fruit of the land.” (It was the season for the first ripe grapes.)
They came back to Moses and Aaron and the whole Israelite community at Kadesh in the Desert of Paran. There they reported to them and to the whole assembly and showed them the fruit of the land. They gave Moses this account: “We went into the land to which you sent us, and it does flow with milk and honey! Here is its fruit. But the people who live there are powerful, and the cities are fortified and very large. We even saw descendants of Anak there. The Amalekites live in the Negev; the Hittites, Jebusites and Amorites live in the hill country; and the Canaanites live near the sea and along the Jordan.” Then Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, “We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it.” But the men who had gone up with him said, “We can’t attack those people; they are stronger than we are.” And they spread among the Israelites a bad report about the land they had explored. They said, “The land we explored devours those living in it. All the people we saw there are of great size. We saw the Nephilim there (the descendants of Anak come from the Nephilim). We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes, and we looked the same to them.”
Numbers 14:1-16
That night all the members of the community raised their voices and wept aloud. All the Israelites grumbled against Moses and Aaron, and the whole assembly said to them, “If only we had died in Egypt! Or in this wilderness! Why is the Lord bringing us to this land only to let us fall by the sword? Our wives and children will be taken as plunder. Wouldn’t it be better for us to go back to Egypt?” And they said to each other, “We should choose a leader and go back to Egypt.” Then Moses and Aaron fell facedown in front of the whole Israelite assembly gathered there. Joshua son of Nun and Caleb son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had explored the land, tore their clothes and said to the entire Israelite assembly, “The land we passed through and explored is exceedingly good. If the Lord is pleased with us, he will lead us into that land, a land flowing with milk and honey, and will give it to us. Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them.” But the whole assembly talked about stoning them. Then the glory of the Lord appeared at the tent of meeting to all the Israelites. The Lord said to Moses, “How long will these people treat me with contempt? How long will they refuse to believe in me, in spite of all the signs I have performed among them? I will strike them down with a plague and destroy them, but I will make you into a nation greater and stronger than they.” Moses said to the Lord, “Then the Egyptians will hear about it! By your power you brought these people up from among them. And they will tell the inhabitants of this land about it. They have already heard that you, Lord, are with these people and that you, Lord, have been seen face to face, that your cloud stays over them, and that you go before them in a pillar of cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. If you put all these people to death, leaving none alive, the nations who have heard this report about you will say, ‘The Lord was not able to bring these people into the land he promised them on oath, so he slaughtered them in the wilderness.’
This is this powerful story of the process of going into the promised land. First, there’s a strategy to get there. It doesn’t come easily. It doesn’t come like a cake walk. There’s a process. There are obstacles. But when you see the process, when you see the obstacles, it’s so important that you understand, “I have to go through this. I just have to walk in faith. But God is with me. He has given me this land. We do have victory, no matter what.”
Joshua and Caleb had a different spirit than the others, the Bible says. There were twelve who were sent in, so most of the people did not have this spirit of faith and humility. Because it comes down to humility, of thinking, "God has spoken this! After all the wonders we’ve seen God do, we know He’s faithful. We know that His word always comes to pass. God has spoken that He has given us this land so no matter what, no matter how big the giants seem, and no matter the obstacles. So we have it!”
That’s the spirit of humility: to believe God’s word. And that's the spirit of faith: no matter the obstacles, you still believe; no matter the giants, you still believe; no matter the lies of the enemy, you still believe. We are the Joshua generation. . The Bible goes on to say that Joshua and Caleb were the only adults from the original people who had come out of Egypt whom God permitted to enter the Promised Land. God led about 600,000 to pass away, to not go into the Promised Land, because they did not believe. Joshua and Caleb were the only adults. There were people aged 20 and younger who had been born through those years in the wilderness, and they could go into the Promised Land with Joshua and Caleb. But I want to share this revelation with you all: Joshua and Caleb were the few who were chosen (“Many are called and few are chosen,” Matthew 22:14). They were tested and tried. They were different from the others. They were pure in heart. They had a heart after God’s. They believed God would do what He said He would do. They were respectful of God’s ways. They were respectful of Moses, God’s servant, unlike the others. And that is how they could be the people who made it into the Promised Land.
You are Joshuas and Calebs. And those who are under 20, you are like the children. But if you’re above 20, you are the Joshuas and Calebs of today. It is not just me being like Joshua, for example, but you are the Joshuas and Calebs of today. You are not here because your mom and dad brought you here. You are here because you chose to be, because you have gone through the tests and the refining fire, and your heart is pure. You have seen God. And though many have left, just like the Israelites, you stayed.
Moses wanted everyone to come into the Promised Land, but God ended up saying no. God said, “I will forgive them, but they’re not going to the Promised Land.” The reason they couldn’t go is because God needed royal sons and daughters to occupy the land—who knew who they were in Christ and who wouldn't be swayed by the devil, who didn’t fear man, and who only feared God, so that they could reign according to God’s will.
We are royal sons and daughters. Our Father is the King of Kings and He’s given us authority, so we are called to take dominion. He needed the people who would take dominion to truly be after His heart. He saw that those 600,000 others, those other adults, were not after His heart, and they would get in the way of His will being done once He brought them into the Promised Land. Joshua and Caleb were like David, in terms of being after His heart, in order for God’s will to be done.
We are like Moses today. We want everybody to come, but God prunes us like he pruned Gideon’s army. It's like how the church began: with around 20 people in 2017, then around 15 the next year, then around 10 the next year, then around 5 the next year, and then 2 once Covid hit. As I look back, I can say that God’s ways are perfect. I can see that it would have been a disaster in some way, if more than two were the ones to enter the promised land of revival breaking out. Because the hearts weren’t pure. They didn’t believe. I would say, “A true prophet of God has given these prophecies. Revival is going to break out!” But they wouldn’t believe. They were swept by the enemy’s lies, and they would leave.
I look back and I know that there weren't wrong leaders in place once revival broke out. Even if they weren’t designated as leaders, they could have puffed themselves up with pride because they didn’t have pure hearts. And they could have said, “I’ve been here this whole time, and I know this and I know that.” And the people that were coming now into the revival would have seen them as leaders. So the enemy could have done so much damage to the believers coming in.
God needed the foundation to be pure—of His people possessing the land and taking dominion. And it’s the same in this revival. That’s why He did it with Gideon’s army. That’s why He did it with Joshua. And that’s why He’s done it this way with us.
I had never had such a great revelation of this until the Ignite Conference, the 5F Church annual conference we had a few weeks ago. I had never had such a great revelation of God’s perfect ways of pruning to purify the foundation—of taking away the impure, so that we're left with only the pure. At the Ignite Conference, I could see the glory of God like I’ve never seen, because it was 1,500 hearts that were truly pure, that were truly after God’s heart, that were truly united and in one accord. Do you know how rare that is? It was heaven on earth.
So when it looks like you’re going backwards, you’re actually moving forward, where God is slowly, day by day, building this most pure foundation. That’s the only way it can be built—by the pruning. Because that’s God’s way: the wheat and the tares come together (Matthew 13:30). He takes you through refining fire, and those who pass the test, who are pure in heart, shall see God (Matthew 5:8). They don’t go anywhere. They aren’t swayed by the devil. They stand firm. Those are the ones who remain. That’s why the refining fire is beautiful. You don’t see it in the middle, but at the end! How great are God’s ways!
In your life—whether you have your own ministry or your own business for God’s glory, or just in your personal life, in the friendships you have—it’s not a bad thing when you see people leave. It’s the best thing that can happen to you: when the wrong people who aren’t supposed to be with you, who won’t help you get to where God has called you to be, leave. You need people who will run alongside you and not hold you back. You need people who won’t be jealous of you when God lifts you, but who will cheer you on. You need people who see God in you, and whom you see God in them, who will be “iron sharpening iron” (Proverbs 27:17). You need people who will truly be a part of your team and who will really help you advance instead of trying to compete with you and steal from you and make up lies about you and confuse the good people who are around you. Let them go! It’s the best thing that can happen. Let them go. When you let them go, God rewards you and brings new, pure hearts when He sees it’s safe to bring them because this poison isn’t there anymore.
Moses wanted everyone to come to the Promised Land, but God saw that He had to prune. He saw that all these Israelites who never made it into the Promised Land were not choosing to conform to God’s will. Today, that looks like people holding on to old wine, to selfishness, to pride. God gives them time, but if they don’t want to conform to His will—if they don’t want to change to receive His new wine and get rid of all that pride and selfishness—they won’t stay.
Now, there will be Sauls who turn into Pauls, whether or not they will be a part of the Joshua generation and be among the first ones to enter the promised land. There are some people with impure hearts who have left or who have never joined God’s revival army, and they are not part of the Joshua generation. They won’t get to have the joy of stepping into the promised land and seeing the walls of Jericho come down. But they’ll be birthed later into the Kingdom, when God’s glory is revealed and they will say, “I must repent and turn from my wicked ways and step into the Kingdom of God.”
Joshua 6:2-5
Then the Lord said to Joshua, “See, I have delivered Jericho into your hands, along with its king and its fighting men. March around the city once with all the armed men. Do this for six days. Have seven priests carry trumpets of rams’ horns in front of the ark. On the seventh day, march around the city seven times, with the priests blowing the trumpets. When you hear them sound a long blast on the trumpets, have the whole army give a loud shout; then the wall of the city will collapse and the army will go up, everyone straight in.”
Joshua 6:20
When the trumpet sounded, the army shouted, and at that sound of the trumpet, when the men gave a loud shout, the wall collapsed; so everyone charged straight in and they took the city. They devoted the city to the Lord and destroyed with the sword every living thing in it.
We need to have this spirit of Joshua and Caleb—that no matter the obstacles or the religious giants in the way, it does not matter. It is our land! This revival must spread to the ends of the earth. People must be set free. The truth must get out. Religious people in power today cannot hold back the truth from getting out. God will open up doors in this revival for this word to get out, for the demonstration of God’s power to get out through all of the biggest doors in the world: of media, of any space that is connected to the millions and billions of people out there in the world. God will open up these doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We will see our God do this.
God is calling you, as Joshuas and Calebs, to lift your faith even higher—to see higher and to catch God’s big, massive vision of revival—because this is the time. We have to be sensitive to the seasons and times and act accordingly.
I was pastoring a church of around twenty people, then it went down to around fifteen, ten, five, and two, over four-and-a-half years. And overnight, after those four-and-a-half years of ministering, there were thousands, and within a month or two, hundreds of thousands, online, who were following me. I was going live twice a week, every week, and thousands of people were coming to the livestreams. Now I was teaching them and releasing God’s power over them. God was healing and delivering so many through these livestreams. Then we started seeing people travel to the church in the park, where revival exploded. In May 2021, 300 came, and it kept growing ever since. But this story is the story from the Bible: I’m here in the wilderness, God’s pruning, and it's down to Joshua and Caleb: Jeanntal and I! God was pruning! And suddenly, we stepped in and God did wonders online, making videos go viral. That wasn’t happening before, but suddenly it was time for the walls of Jericho to come down and for us to enter the promised land.
So I had to be ready for this. Within a year, there were such vicious attacks I could never have imagined, of people questioning me, speaking lies against me, saying that I was the opposite of who I really was. And a lot of these people were influential Christian people and leaders. Now imagine if I had gotten too used to life in the wilderness, and I had kept the slave mentality instead of the royal daughter and heir mentality. I could have thought, “Yes, they're right. Who am I? I’ve just been pastoring about two people now.” I could have let their words get to me; I could have let them intimidate me if I wasn’t ready to walk in the promised land and possess it. I had to know who I am in Christ and keep on believing in my Moses, Prophet GeorDavie. The words he spoke are from a true prophet. The words that these other people were speaking, no matter how many followers they had, were contradicting the word of God spoken by a true prophet. I kept listening to the words of the prophet, and that’s what kept me strong. It wasn’t my own words, my own feelings, or my own beliefs. My belief came from encountering God’s true power through His true anointed servants.
While these people were saying these things, I kept believing, “I was called for this! This word that I’m preaching, this revelation that I’m preaching, it is true, and God has called me to preach this. This revelation has come from a true prophet of God. I won’t be intimidated. This is the truth. They can’t push me around. They can’t silence me. They can’t intimidate me to come under them and to do things their way, to minister the way they want me to minister. No!”
But I had to be spiritually aware to know the seasons of God. God was calling me to possess the land. It wasn’t the time of being in the prison and the pit. Joseph was in the pit and he didn't know the exact timing of when God would fulfill the promise. He knew he was going to be in the second-highest position in all the land, but he was in the pit. Imagine that he was praying, “Tomorrow will be the day that God does something supernaturally and I get out of this pit.” And then the same thing when he was in prison: “Today will be the day.” Day after day passed, and it didn't happen.
You have to be careful when you are in the wilderness—to understand that the wilderness is temporary. Not to think, “Oh well, it’s probably not God’s timing yet. It’s probably more refining fire,” so that you don’t have confident faith and expectation for the walls to come down. It’s the season now to be expectant for the walls to come down and to possess the land! We have to have this confident expectation. The Israelites had the slave mentality. They were seeing so much in the physical realm. They were not seeing those giants spiritually—that they’re nothing compared to the might of our God.
You have to understand the season. This is a prophetic ministry, and God is now calling you to dream big. Caleb and Joshua were big dreamers, big visionaries. They aligned with the big vision that God has given them through Moses. They were big dreamers, and they thought. “Yeah, we are going to take out those giants.” They had never done that before! “Yeah, we are going to take over this city.” They had never done that before. They had never even seen an example of that happening. All they had ever known was slavery, and now they were going to take over this city and reign in the city, in the land? Not just in the city, but I'm the big land?!
We now have to dream bigger. This is harvest time. God is going to be moving so quickly, so mightily. I’ve seen it already, and I’m in awe. Ever since April, and especially since May 3, we have seen the shift, where God is meaning serious business, more than ever, to open up doors in this revival, like never before. We have seen this. He has opened so many doors—doors that we had not seen Him open yet, and it has happened so quickly. And on top of that, He is pouring out His spirit on greater levels than ever. He is even pouring out His Spirit so greatly, to show the world signs and wonders and to open up eyes for people who didn’t believe. And you know what this is?
Galatians 6:7-9
Do not be deceived. God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. Whoever sows to please the flesh from the flesh will reap destruction. Whoever sows to please the spirit from the spirit will reap eternal life. Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
This is the harvest time, after sowing seeds for many years. These doors that God has been opening and the way we have seen Him move so mightily recently—this is the harvest from the seeds sown.
On December 30, 2020, I posted a video that went viral, where I prayed for people at the end, and so many people testified, thousands, of being healed and delivered and receiving miracles when they watched the video. That was the first part of the walls of Jericho coming down and for this revival exploding around the world. That next week, Prophet Geordavie, my spiritual father, shared prophetically what God was going to be doing in that coming year. The verse that he gave that went along with it was:
Genesis 26:12-22
Isaac planted crops in that land and the same year reaped a hundredfold, because the Lord blessed him. The man became rich, and his wealth continued to grow until he became very wealthy. He had so many flocks and herds and servants that the Philistines envied him. So all the wells that his father’s servants had dug in the time of his father Abraham, the Philistines stopped up, filling them with earth. Then Abimelek said to Isaac, “Move away from us; you have become too powerful for us.” So Isaac moved away from there and camped in the Valley of Gerar, where he settled. Isaac reopened the wells that had been dug in the time of his father Abraham which the Philistines had stopped up after Abraham died and he gave them the same names his father had given them. Isaac’s servants dug in the valley and discovered a well of fresh water there. But the herders of Gerar quarreled with those of Isaac and said, “The water is ours!” So he named the well Esek, because they disputed with him, Then they dug another well, but they quarreled over that one also; so he named it Sitnah. He moved on from there and dug another well, and no one quarreled over it. He named it Rehoboth, saying, “Now the Lord has given us room and we will flourish in the land.”
In the same year that he sowed, he reaped a hundredfold. And we saw that happen that year. I would go live and so many miracles would happen on the livestreams that never happened before. And deliverance just exploded, suddenly, as hundreds of people were coming to the church services every week, and people started traveling from different nations. And it wasn’t just one deliverance or miracle; so many miracles were happening—it was a hundredfold. And for me, personally, God was doing so much more than when I was ministering before, by more than a hundredfold! So it was both a harvest time from the seeds sown before and a hundredfold harvest of the present seeds being sown.
Right now, we are living in that time again, where God is taking His revival to a much higher level than in 2021. And instead of just Joshua and Caleb, there are uncountable Joshua and Calebs here in this revival army.
And I am seeing God do this again with the seeds you plant! God immediately brings a hundredfold without you having to wait. Recently, a 5F Church member, Natasha, who is one of the youth, shar d a testimony. She shared how she always listens to K-Love radio, and recently, she was one minute away from being home and was almost going to turn off the radio when one of the DJs on the radio started talking about a book that she was reading. She said, “I got this book and I prayed that God would speak to me through the book.” She opened up the book and her eyes landed upon words that say, “Pray and ask God to give you a heart that never misses where He is moving.” and the DJ said, “And God really spoke to me through that.” As Natasha was listening, she thought, “Amen.” It was reminding her of this revival and of 5F Church. And then after that, Natasha heard the DJ say the name of the book, and the book is Ignite Revival, the new book that I came out with. Glory to God!
And this shocked me, but it gets even more wild, the story, because then Natasha got the idea, led by the Holy Spirit, to call into the radio. She called in, and she got to talk to that DJ! And the DJ then revealed how she got the book: it was sent to her home. Somebody mailed it to her home. She doesn’t know who! I bet I know who: one of the warriors in God’s revival army. This left me in awe. I’ve never seen something like this. Through this story, you can see how God means serious business about opening up people’s eyes about His revival and bringing in the harvest. I’ve never seen someone talk about my book on a radio station, on that level. This was obviously God. God touched her through the book and God wanted 14 million weekly listeners to hear this part: humble yourselves so your eyes can open to see God moving upon the earth. And what are the chances that a DJ of an influential radio station, who has quite the power and influence and is probably very busy because of that influence and power, reads a book that some random person sent to her home! That’s obviously God behind it! That’s obviously the Holy Spirit moving through somebody in the revival army, who listens to K-Love, to find out the information of the DJ, to send it to her, and then for God to say to the DJ, “Yes, your schedule is busy, your life is busy, and you don’t know where this book came from, but read it.” It’s obviously God that moved her.
So what God is speaking through this testimony is that He is doing with us today what He did with Isaac. Isaac planted crops in that land, and in the same year, he reaped a hundredfold. You send a book to somebody and she’s sharing it with 14 million people within a day a month of the book coming out. And then Natasha’s heart to share even more about revival and encourage her. She got the idea, and she didn’t have to try to keep calling for weeks or to try to send letters. She tried one time and she got right through. And so the message that God is speaking is: the harvest time is now. It is time to enter the promised land. God is going to be presenting big opportunities. God is going to be speaking through influential people like this. God is going to be doing big things to get His word out about revival, and He’s going to be using weak and foolish things. Joshuas and Calebs of today: have big faith, be obedient, and watch God bless the work of your hands.
Now is the time to think bigger and dream bigger. On Pentecost Sunday, I declared prophetically over all of you that “God is going to be giving you a special grace to touch influential people, to have big ideas because of His revival.” Why wouldn’t we dream big? We need to have hearts for all people, poor and rich, influential and unknown. We have to have a heart for all of them to hear the good news, and we also have to have strategy and wisdom from the Holy Spirit for how to get the good news out there. Just like God said, “Go and scout out the land,” we need to hear from heaven, from the Holy Spirit, and use the strategy He’s given us to get this word out. Strategy like, “I’m going to send the book to someone influential. God’s going to move upon it.” Strategy like, “I’m going to call into a radio station.” God moves upon it.
Dianne shared her testimony on The 700 Club. She actually wanted me to share my testimony on The 700 Club, so she reached out to them and said, “You need to hear about 5F Church and Apostle Kathryn’s testimony.” But they didn’t want that yet, and instead they wanted to hear her testimony. So they filmed her testimony and they filmed her son Aidan, who was resurrected from the dead. And her other son shared a testimony of the power of tithing into anointed ground and how he’s seeing the fruit of that in his life. And so they filmed three testimonies, and they aired. And not only did God move powerfully through those testimonies, but Joshua, a cameraman, was delivered at the impartation session at the Ignite Conference. He shared his testimony on Pentecost Sunday. Dianne kept in contact with him, and then there was a connection of his sister coming to 5F Church and sending him videos. So he really heard from God, “I need to go to this conference.” Dianne texted me that day and she said, “The guy who filmed the testimony on The 700 Club is coming to Ignite!” And my spirit leapt when I heard that, because I saw prophetically that he was going to have a life-changing encounter. And he did—he went from Saul to Paul at the conference. He got delivered so powerfully. So look at what God is doing. Dianne had this idea, “I’m going to knock on a big door that hasn’t been opened yet for this revival.” And God used it in a way she didn’t picture, and the end result was different than what she could have imagined. And so now he’s shining his light in these places, in an industry that wasn’t reached before for this revival.
Lastly, I want to share that Joshua and Caleb had pioneer spirits. You’re called to have a pioneer spirit. Peter also had a pioneer spirit—a true revelation of who Jesus was, while others didn’t. Because of your pure heart, God has given you a pure revelation that many have not gotten before. And because Peter had this revelation, God could entrust keys to the Kingdom to him. There are people who don’t get it like you get it, and who don’t see like you see. Don’t worry, it doesn’t matter—you are the one that’s called to be the pioneer. You are the one that’s called to be like Peter. And so God is giving you keys of the Kingdom. He’s giving you keys to go and knock on doors that He’s going to open. You’re going to put the key in the door and God will open it up, and it will amaze you.
Isaiah 60:3
All nations will come to your light; mighty kings will come to see your radiance.
We have nations that come to this church every week, glory to God. At the first annual church conference, we had people from 33 nations come to LA. Last year, we had people come from 52 nations. This year, we had 56 nations represented. Glory to God! See who you are, see who you're called to be. Your light is so bright, and God is bringing people. He is setting up divine appointments. He is causing people to be curious when you talk, and when you shine your light, they will see. He is bringing people to see your light, so shine it brighter than ever. Pursue people more than ever.
It is so prophetic that the World Cup is taking place in LA right now. People from more nations are coming. God is causing them to see the light shining in LA through 5F Church, glory to God. The World Cup has not been in LA since 1994, but now is the time. Now is the time that all these nations are coming, and this is prophetic. And two years from now, the Olympics will be held in LA. The Olympics have not been in LA since 1984. The nations are coming.
Shortly after receiving the prophecy that I was called to be an apostle, I found out that the Olympics were going to be in LA in 2028, and I had this leaping in my spirit. I could see revival becoming so big in LA at that point. I thought, “This is intentional, by God.” Just like how I had come to LA to pursue acting, but God knew the real reason why he had brought me out here: it was where I would encounter Him, meet Jesus, and where people’s eyes would open up to His love in power and surrender to Him. Then I received the prophecy for my life to be an apostle and to minister to you, to the people of LA, and beyond.
People are coming to the World Cup and the Olympics, but that’s not the real reason that they're coming here. God Himself is bringing them here, from the nations, to see the light of the world. And it’s time, LA! At this church, we have been a light to the world. We have 49 small groups, and people are planted from 171 nations. Now is the time to possess the land in LA for Jesus. Now is the time for us to enter this promised land. It’s victory season. This revival will expand so greatly in the world through what God does in LA here at 5F Church.
So knock on doors! Shine your light! Shout the good news! Give your heart to serving Jesus and spreading this revival because God is going to move upon your obedience! You will reap a hundredfold of your seeds that you plant this year, in Jesus’ name! The mighty wind of revival is blowing upon all of your obedience, and it’s turning it into a wildfire that will consume every work of the devil and will expand so rapidly, at supersonic speed. Get ready, people of God, Joshua generation! It’s time!
God, we thank you for what you are doing. God, we thank you for your faithfulness. We thank you for your victory in our lives. We thank you for this precious season and times that we are living in. We say, “Yes and amen.” And we commit to being like Joshua and Caleb, to having spirits like them, to standing strong in faith, to dreaming big, and to possessing the land that you have given us. Amen.
