Possessing The Land God Promised

sermon

This message was shared by Apostle Kathryn Krick Lead Pastor/ Apostle of 5F Church in Los Angeles, CA on October 6, 2025. To watch the full video, scroll to the bottom of this post. We pray this teaching blesses you and equips you to walk as a powerful vessel of God.

I have a prophetic message today. This is a prophetic message for the revival army. That’s you! God has truly brought revival. We are no longer praying for revival; revival has come, and revival is now! The revival God has brought is for the whole body of Christ. It is not for one church or one denomination; it is not for charismatic Christians. This is God’s revival for the whole body of Christ, and in this revival, God is doing things His way.

This is going to be the greatest revival we’ve ever seen because it’s not a passing revivalit’s a revival that will keep going until the return of Jesus. It’s not a revival where there are more salvations than usual and some miracles happening, but it’s a revival first for the church itself. There is old wine that needs to get out, and the new wine needs to come into the church with no mixture.

By and large, there is no power in the body of Christ. We need God’s power! God is restoring the power in the body of Christ because it’s the power that leads to salvation. Salvation happens as people encounter God’s power. For example, when people are set free and their eyes are opened up to God’s love as God delivers them from bondage of the devil and as God reveals His nearness, how close He is, how much He loves them intimately through a prophetic word, this is the power that leads to salvation.

Jesus doesn’t want anyone to be stuck in bondage from the devil anymore. Addiction, depression, anxiety, mental tormentall of that is from the devil. Christians are not supposed to be staying with bondage. They’re supposed to be coming to the church, receiving the power of God, and being set free from those chains.

This is what God is doing, He’s restoring His anointing: the power of God. There are many of the aspects from the Acts church that have been lost, and God is restoring them. He’s also restoring the five-fold ministry, including the foundation of the apostles and prophets. The five-fold ministry is God’s way of equipping the body of Christ, of maturing believers and equipping them to be who they were called to be: to have victory over the devil and to be powerful vessels of God who help others and make disciples of the nations.

In this revival, God is also restoring purity. By and large, purity has been lost in the body of Christ. Many people who call themselves Christians do not look like Jesus; they don’t act like Jesus. They don’t really love people or have compassion for people or have forgiveness for people or have love for their enemies. Those traits are rare in the body of Christ. We need the purity restored.

This revival is for the whole body of Christ; it is God’s move. We can be as sure that this is God’s move as we are sure of the move of God of the Israelites’ deliverance out of Egypt. We can be just as sure that this is a genuine, true, important, and vital move of God for every believer in the whole body of Christ to say yes to, to step into, and to be a part of. It’s serious business. We can’t have a casual attitude like, “Come on everybody! Be a part of the fun revival.” This is serious business. This is a matter of obedience to God, and it’s not casual when people don’t accept it. It’s like the verse says:

2 Timothy 3:1,5

In the last days . . . [people] will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!

This shows the seriousness of saying yes to God and His revival. God is saying, “Stay away from people like that!” Not, “Oh, that’s cool, let them do their own thing. If they don’t want to join the revival party, that’s OK.” No, God says, “Stay away from them.” This is serious business. God is calling everyone to accept Him and His fullness; to accept His power. When you don’t accept His power, you end up having a form of godliness, but you aren’t godly, because you deny the power that could make you godly. And that’s why I say that there are so many people in the body of Christ today that don’t act like Jesus and don’t love like Jesus because they haven't accepted the power that could make them godlythat could make them like Jesus, that could make them loving and pure in heart.

2 Corinthians 11:4

If someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the Spirit you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough.

In this verse, Paul is saying that there are other gospels being preached. People are preaching about Jesus, they’re singing worship songs about Jesus, and they’re not taking out parts of the Bible, but there are parts of the Bible that they are not preaching or living. They say that the whole Bible is the true word of God, but they won’t trulyin their hearts and their actionsaccept much of the Bible. For example, where the Bible says, “For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power” (1 Corinthians 4:20) or that we are called to preach, “‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons” (Matthew 10:7-8). Or the part of the Bible where it says that we should love our enemies (Matthew 5:44) and not go eye for eye (Matthew 5:38-39), or where it says, “Do not judge others, and you will not be judged” (Matthew 7:1), or the part of the Bible where it says, “Why worry about a speck in your friend’s eye when you have a log in your own?” (Matthew 7:3). Or the part of the Bible where it talks about the Pharisee that said, “I thank you, God, that I am not like other people—cheaters, sinners, adulterers. I’m certainly not like that tax collector! I fast twice a week, and I give you a tenth of my income” (Luke 18:11-12). But yet the Bible says that the tax collector went home righteous before God because he genuinely repented from his heart and he had humility in his heart. So that means that God saw the Pharisee’s judgment as much bigger than a speck, as a log. That judgment, in God’s eyes, was like the Scripture: “These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me” (Matthew 15:8).

There are many people, many believers, who aren’t saying that we should get rid of these parts of Scripture, but they’re not living them out. They’re living out the opposite of these Scriptures that I mentioned. So today we have a present-day situation like the one Paul is speaking of: there are different gospels and different types of Jesus being preached.

It’s so important that we be aware of this: that God’s true move, God’s true heart, the true gospel is the true Jesus. There are a lot of different gospels that people are boldly and passionately preaching. These gospels do not include the power of God. They don’t include an acceptance of the revival that God has brought and has made clear to many: that He is moving in power to deliver the captives, that He’s moving in power to release impartation of anointing to all who will come with humble hearts.

There is a gospel out there where people don’t want to accept God’s true revival where His power is moving, where there is purity, where there is true love for people, where it’s all about being after the heart of God. Instead they preach a different gospel and claim a different revival. Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world.” (John 18:36). People expected Jesus to take over the government and establish an earthly kingdom. They expected that the only way they could be relieved from the hardships and suffering  they were going through was if the Messiah took over the government positions, the earthly leadership positions, and became a king or a governmental leader. They believed that was the only way that revival would come and that their hardships and sufferings would be lifted. This was a big reason why many people did not accept Jesus or recognize that He was the Messiah. But Jesus said, “My kingdom is not of this world” (John 18:36).

Jesus’ mission was completely spiritual. Jesus’ mission was to reveal His love to people. As He revealed His love to people, their spiritual eyes would open up, they would be moved by the love of God, they would fall in love with Jesus, and in their own will, they would make their own decisions. From their own heart, like making up their own wedding vows, people would choose to repent. Jesus didn’t come as an earthly leader and say, “These are the rules; abide by them. Repent! This is how we do things now that I am king. You have to abide by these rules. You have no free will.” Even though they’re good rules, good commands, Jesus instead came in a different way. He came in the spirit. He came with love instead of force: “Not by might, not by power, but by the Spirit” (Zechariah 4:6). He came by the spirit. He revealed His love to people, and that love was the greatest force of all. That love was more effective at bringing true change in people. When we force things over people or if we judge people into repentance, that’s not going to be real repentance or real change. It’s actually going to be the opposite. The result will be rebellion.

We are the light of Jesus. How we can really be the light to lead people to Jesus is by accepting the kingdom of GodJesus’ kingdom way of not coming in this earthly, forceful, judgmental way. The kindness of God leads to repentance (Romans 2:4). Showing the love of God and demonstrating the power of God which reveals His love is what leads people to repent and want to be godly. People will want to turn away from their sins. But in today’s times there is a different gospel being preached, that’s so full of judgment. It sounds like this: ”There’s so much evil in this world, and people are doing so many evil things that we have to stand for what’s right. So we need to force the people into doing what’s right. We have to take a stand and force people because we don’t want evil to grow in this world.” These people are so afraid of the evil in this world, it seems so intense that they think they need an earthly force to remove the evil. That’s one of the other gospels that’s out there, a different Jesus that’s being preachedthat kind of Jesus that they expected to come so they rejected the real Jesus who came in power that could actually bring change to people.

God’s true revival is truly something different. It’sdifferent than the other gospels out there, and they don’t mix. There are people crying out that they want revival. There are people claiming that something is revival, but those same people are rejecting God’s power. Those same people reject God’s love and compassionHis way of forgiveness, mercy, purity, and loving enemies. So it’s important that you understand that revival can be a trendy word, but this revival isn’t a trendy word. This revival is God’s precious move, and we cannot mix old wine with it. We cannot mix different gospels with it.

This move of God, this revival, is God’s move that must go to all the earth. Why? Because it’s God’s move. It’s God’s plan. It’s just like all the plans God had from the Old Testament to the New Testament, through all these different servants of God, and it was always to lead people into the kingdom. This is God’s plan for this revival. The body of Christ must have transformation and must be purified. This is a must for God. He is moving in hearts for people to receive Him and to accept His move. He’s moving supernaturally to open up eyes so that His revival, His plan, may prevail, expand, and grow until it reaches the whole world.

Prophetically this is the year of acceptance, the year where God is moving in the spirit. He’s been preparing hearts so more hearts than ever would receive Him in His revival, His move. Where in the past people rejected His move and His power, He’s moving in hearts now and He’s opening up eyes. We’ve seen evidence of it all throughout this year, that this is truly the year of acceptance of God’s revival. Nothing can hold it back anymore, so that God can move through every channel, every type of media, to reach His people by His power, so that people can be delivered, healed, and saved to be who God is calling them to be.

Deuteronomy 11:24

Every place where you set your foot will be yours. Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon and from the Euphrates River to the Mediterranean Sea.

Numbers 33:53

Take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given you the land to possess.

God gave the Israelites the Promised Land. It was God’s plan for them to claim that landto rule there, as children of God, and bring God’s kingdom.

We are heirs of God. We are children of God with an inheritance from God. And He has called us to have dominion on this earth. God’s plans go forth as we walk as children of God, knowing what our inheritance is, walking in dominion, and possessing the land. What that looks like for usfor the revival army in God’s revivalis first of all, by realizing that God has given us land. As I shared, this revival is for the whole body of Christ. But there’s a lot of old wine currently in the body of Christ. There are a lot of different gospels going around. God has to bring great change in order for the body of Christ to be transformed and for all the believers to be able to receive this revival rather than keeping on hearing different gospels, rather than keeping on missing out on God’s power and being stuck in religion. There has to be great change. How the great change will come is by God raising up leaders.

God raised up David because he was a man after His own heart. He said, “I am removing Saul, because Saul will not do my will. But I have found someone to replace Saul. I have found someone I am going to make king, because he is a man after my own heart and he will do all my will. He will do all I ask of him” (see Acts 13:22). Because David would do what God wanted, he was chosen. And God moved heaven and earth to get David to that position. There was all kinds of opposition: Saul with his armies, trying to hunt him down and kill him to prevent him from being king. But God was more powerful than Saul, way more powerful. And God was way more powerful than the devil’s schemes and powers and plans through Saul. Of course God brought David victory, in order for him to do what God wanted and for God’s plans to prevail. It was all about God’s plans. It wasn’t about what David wanted. David didn’t choose to be king. It was all about what God wanted, God’s plans. And because God chooses to use vessels, He found David, He anointed David, and He placed him in the position of leadership, so that God’s will could be done.

That’s why Jesus chose the disciples. He chose the disciples to be vessels of Him: to be leaders, to take the place of the Pharisees, to bring His kingdom to this earth, to bring His will to be done. And God moved on their behalf, breaking them out of prison, defending them again and again, backing them up with signs, wonders and miracles, proving He was with them, making sure they could be in their places of apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, for true believers to recognize, “This is a leader God has chosen. This is an anointed servant of God. I’m going to come under Peter’s shadow and get healed and delivered, because I see that this is God’s chosen leader, His servant.”

For revival to take over the whole body of Christ, to bring transformation and purification to the whole body of Christ, God has to do the same today. God is anointing modern day Davids, finding men and women after His heart that will do His will. He is anointing the weak and foolish things (1 Corinthians 1:27), like the twelve disciples who were chosen. He has called them and He is continuing to call them now, to bring them into a position of leadership for the whole body of Christ. God is bringing a changing of leadership. That’s how it will take place. That’s how it happened from the Old Testament to the New Testament, for God’s will to be done. And that is what He will be doing, what He is doing in this revival.

God is moving heaven and earth to bring those leaders and the revival army under those leaders to a place of leadership, so that they can affect the whole body of Christ, so that the whole body of Christ can see true examples of Jesus; to know what to imitate, as they imitate Christ (1 Corinthians 11:1); so that they can know what being like Jesus really looks like, what really being pure in heart looks like, what really loving your enemies looks like, what really doing the work of God looks like.

God has given land to the revival army. He has given us territory. This revival is for the whole body of Christ. You, as warriors in God’s revival army, are on the front lines. You are among the first. You are leaders. God has given us the land, to lead, to reveal to people, “This is God’s will. This is God’s heart. This is how to be Christlike. This is how to love people. This is how to minister to people.” We have seen Him already give land in the spirit. For example, our social media reach grows every day, with more people tuning in. We have people planted from 165 nations from around the world. The people that are planted have become my spiritual children. They have become your brothers and sisters. They have become warriors in God’s revival army. They have the land in their nation, in their state.

Those who have held the land of the body of Christ were bringing forth the old wine, a form of godliness but denying its power (2 Timothy 3:5), teaching a different kind of Jesus that is judgmental and void of power, full of religion, and not loving of enemies. They have held the land, and many people in the body of Christ follow that example, because they were the ones who had platforms, who were leaders.

Now God is raising up pure hearts, anointing them and proving that He is with them, so that people can recognize and say, “This is pure. I’m being changed as I listen to this. I’m being set free and healed. I’m finally able to surrender to God, I was never able to do that before. This looks like the Bible. This looks like the Gospels. This looks like the Book of Acts.” God opens up eyes to see, “This is right.” Just like the people that chose to follow Jesus and then chose to follow the disciples, imitating them as they imitated Jesus (1 Corinthians 11:1). People chose that instead of following the Pharisees, didn’t they? And to this day, we have continued to do that, all because God opened up people’s eyes back in the times of the Gospels and the Book of Acts. The pure in heart shall see God (Matthew 5:8). Those who have humbled themselves and wanted what’s good and true, He has opened up their eyes to see, “This is me! This is the truth. This is the real gospel. This is the real me.”

These are God’s plans for revival. It was prophesied to me by my spiritual father that I was called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ and that I was called to reach the nations. A year later it was then prophesied to America, by Prophet GeorDavie as well, that God has heard America’s prayers for revival and He has answered them. Revival is now! It’s no longer the time to pray for revival, but Revival is now! God is restoring the five-fold ministry, He is pouring out apostles and prophets who will lead in this revival, because they carry what is needed to restore what has been lost. They carry the grace and the anointing to restore purity, power, order, the fear of God, apostles and prophets, maturity for the believers, impartation of anointing, signs, wonders, and miracles.

After hearing these prophecies, God called me to start Five-Fold Church. The first year, we had 20 people, the next year we had 15, the next year we had 10, and the next year we had 5. The following year was 2020; it was Covid. We had 2 people and we had to go outside, because we couldn’t rent our building anymore. One time I preached to 1 person and they left in the middle of the message even. I was then preaching to just the livestream and I didn’t know if anyone was even watching. That was my reality. But God had given me the land! He had planned to give me a platform to be able to minister to thousands of people, so that they could become more Christlike, so that they could receive the power of God and be delivered and healed and receive impartation of anointing. He had given me that land, that territory, that platform in the spirit. But it wasn’t time to step into it yet. Just like the Israelites, it wasn’t time to step into the Promised Land yet, but God had given it to them.

Now we see THIS! This is just a picture of one event, but it’s a powerful picture for us to imagine the people who are planted from 165 nations. They are tuning in with us right now from 165 nations. Some might watch the replay because it’s in the middle of the night, but I want you to see this picture to imagine me in the park with one person and they leave. It was God’s calling for me to minister to all those people, so that they could encounter God's power and be equipped to be who God had called them to be, and to be Christlike. That was my calling. This was what God had planned for me. God had given me the stage. He wanted me to go on the stage to speak to people, to share with them, “This is the way!” He had given me that land. And this is just the beginning. Imagine me in the park with one person there, after four years of ministering, and it’s getting smaller and smaller every yearand then THIS! People planted from 165 nations, by God’s grace. I’m so humbled; I have ministered in 19 nations now, where God has moved powerfully. But what will God do in the future? What will God do for the rest of this year, for the next year, for the year after that, for the year after that, and so on?

I’m sharing this so your eyes can open up more to see the land that God has called you and me to possessthe land to which He has called us to be representatives of Him, doing serious work of the Father, to be leaders that people look up to as an example.

Exodus 4:1

Moses answered, “What if they do not believe me or listen to me and say, ‘The Lord did not appear to you’?”

This is when God called Moses to be a leader of millions of His people and to be a mouthpiece of God, a prophet. Moses stuttered, so he didn’t know how that would be possible. Then he also asked God, “What if the people do not believe me or listen to me and say, ‘The Lord did not appear to you’?” (Exodus 4:2). So Moses was asking God, “OK, you have called me. Here I am, I am shepherding right now. And now you are calling me to be a leader of millions of people and to stand up to Pharaoh and say, ‘These are God’s people; these millions of people that you own as slaves. But, no, God owns them and you need to let them go.’” And then Moses is saying, “You are calling me to do that, to possess that land and be a leader to deliver the people out of Egypt and then lead them on top of that to the Promised Land.” God gave Moses a big land, a big task, and a big role of leadership.

Exodus 4:2-6

Then the Lord asked him, “What is that in your hand?”

“A shepherd’s staff,” Moses replied.

“Throw it down on the ground,” the Lord told him. So Moses threw down the staff, and it turned into a snake! Moses jumped back.

Then the Lord told him, “Reach out and grab its tail.” So Moses reached out and grabbed it, and it turned back into a shepherd’s staff in his hand.

“Perform this sign,” the Lord told him. “Then they will believe that the Lord, the God of their ancestors—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob—really has appeared to you.”

So Moses said, “How will they know that you are with me, that I am an anointed one that they are supposed to follow and listen to and come under as a leader?” And God said, “I’m going to do signs and wonders through you! Leave that to me! You just obey me and I take care of the rest! I will prove that I am with you!” And this is how it is today for you and me! God will prove it!

Those Pharisees tried to put so much mud on Jesus with their false accusations. They said things like, “He has a demon. He uses demonic powers to cast out demons. He is doing witchcraft. He’s a warlock. He is going against the word of God. He’s a heretic. He’s a false prophet. He is doing such evil that He should not only be imprisoned, but He should be whipped, beaten, scourged, and hung on a cross to die; crucified!” Imagine, the Pharisees were saying such negative things about Him, and they were communicating to people that He was doing such evil that He should be tortured and killed. They were basically equating Jesus to being a terrorist based on the kind of “evil” He was doing. That’s what the false accusations said.

But no matter those wordsthose charismatic, passionate false accusations thrown at Jesus they could not blind people from seeing the truth! They could not blind the disciples from knowing that these people were liars, that they were jealous, that it was the devil working through them because he was terrified of Jesus. They could not keep people from seeing the truth. God did signs, wonders, and miracles. And Jesus said, “If you don’t believe me, believe the fruits. Believe the miracles, the signs and wonders that I do” (John 10:37-38). He easy saying, “This is obvious. These signs, wonders, and miracles, they can’t be performed by the devil. The real fruitsthe real testimonies of lives being transformed, not just movements and manifestations, but real fruits and real testimonies of people being healed and delivered, brought closer to Jesus, being transformedthose cannot be done by the devil! Believe the miracles! You can’t deny that.”

And here we are today. The Pharisees tried really hard to blind people, but they could not and can never blind people who want to be pure, because the pure in heart shall see God (Matthew 5:8). They are those who desire the truth. Some people don’t desire the truth because of ill motives they have, but most people desire the truth.

God wants you to have this godly confidence that He will always prove himself, that He is with you, that He is with the ministry you are planted at and the revival you are a part of. God will always prove Himself. He has done it again and again and again, and He will continue to do it. He will continue to prove Himself, to reveal Himself, and to open up eyes.

I used to be concerned when I would get false accusations towards me. I used to think, “Will people see the truth? This is really concerning. I don’t want people to be deceived by the lies.” And there are people that are deceived by the lies to this day. But God has really spoken to me and encouraged me that it’s their choice to be deceived. There’s nothing I can do. People have free will. I am not called to them. I am called to be a vessel of God for those who actually want to receive Jesus and receive His power and receive equipping, receive teaching and have an example of Christlikeness to follow. That’s who you and I are called to. Don’t even give those who are deceived the time of day in your mind. Pray for them. But you don’t need to worry, thinking, “They’re blinded!” Those who are blinded are choosing to stay that way; it’s their choice. But God has given me so much peace in this area, because people are made in the image of God. When you look around, as long as you don’t judge people and look at them with a judgmental eye, if you think about people in general, if they believe in Jesus or not, most people want truth. They want goodness. They want love. They want to treat others how they want to be treated. They respect others. In your workplace, for example, most people are that way. Many of them are being influenced by the devil and they don’t know it. But few people want to serve the devil. Few people want to be witches and warlocks.

I say all that to say that God has really taught me to rest and to know that there really are more for us than against us, because there are more who want the truth than don’t. And they will see! Maybe they don’t see yet, but if they really want the truth, they will see. So don’t worry! God will prove Himself!

1 Chronicles 12

I have a feeling some of you have never read this chapter before. It’s powerful. Many of you know the story of David. You know the story of David of how he was hunted by Saul, how God called him to be king. God chose him to be king because he had a godly heart, a heart after God’s (Acts 13:22), but Saul was jealous and he hunted him and tried to kill him. But we know that God brought victory and made David king, and He defeated those schemes of the devil. But I’m not sure if some of you know how we got to the part where the victory came for David.

We don’t know the exact amount of time that David was hiding from Saul, but the estimate is that it was about ten years. This passage is from many years after David had been hiding and being hunted by Saul.

1 Chronicles 12:1-2

The following men joined David at Ziklag while he was hiding from Saul son of Kish. They were among the warriors who fought beside David in battle. All of them were expert archers, and they could shoot arrows or sling stones with their left hand as well as their right. They were all relatives of Saul from the tribe of Benjamin.

They left Saul.

They left judgment.

They left religion.

They left the counterfeit to join David, to join God’s anointed one.

1 Chronicles 12:8

Some brave and experienced warriors from the tribe of Gad also defected to David while he was at the stronghold in the wilderness. They were expert with both shield and spear, as fierce as lions and as swift as deer on the mountains.

“Defected” means leaving the group you’re a part of to join a different camp.

That means that God gave them giftings and equipped them to be revival warriors, to stand with David and with God’s move.

1 Chronicles 12:14

These warriors from Gad were army commanders. The weakest among them could take on a hundred regular troops, and the strongest could take on a thousand!

Look how God provided! He provided people to stand with Davidand not just any people, but quality people.

Today those people are revival warriors with pure hearts whom God can entrust with His power, so that the anointing can move through not just one person but a whole army. And through this army, God can lead many others into the kingdom and reveal Himself more and more, and also reveal that this is His true move, that this is really revival.

This is just like those of you who have been transformed to be more like Jesus by the anointing. As you go and talk to people, you’re shining so brightly and they are attracted to listen to your testimony, to come to church, to come watch online, and to encounter Jesus and step into revival.

The weakest among them could take on 100 regular troops. That’s like you in the spiritual realm. You revival warriors are strong because you are surrendered to God, and God can pour His anointing in you. You can receive the teachings and really grow in your faith, so when Pharisees come your way or when any kind of attack of the devil comes your way, you’re not intimidated by that Goliath. You stand strong. You keep serving God, doing the work that He has entrusted to you in this revival as a revival warrior. You keep on spreading the good news. You keep on inviting people to come encounter Jesus. YOU’RE STRONG. You can take on 1,000 attacks from the devil and Pharisees trying to disrupt you and discourage you. You can take them on! You can stand strong and not let them get to you and stay focused on the work of God.

1 Chronicles 12:16

Others from Benjamin and Judah came to David at the stronghold. David went out to meet them and said, “If you have come in peace to help me, we are friends. But if you have come to betray me to my enemies when I am innocent, then may the God of our ancestors see it and punish you.” Then the Spirit came upon Amasai, the leader of the Thirty, and he said, “We are yours, David! We are on your side, son of Jesse. Peace and prosperity be with you, and success to all who help you, for your God is the one who helps you.”

They see God in David and they want to be on God’s side, so they join David. And David can’t even believe it. He’s used to being hunted. He’s used to such injustice. He’s used to this wilderness season that he can’t even believe it. He’s shocked by the goodness of God. He says, “If you come with bad intentions, stay away.” But they say, “No, we see God in you and we want God’s will. We have hearts after God’s, too, and we want to be on God's side, so we join you.”

1 Chronicles 12:23

These are the numbers of armed warriors who joined David at Hebron. They were all eager to see David become king instead of Saul, just as the Lord had promised.

All of these people were eager to see David become king instead of Saul. It’s like saying today, “All of these people were eager to see revival break out, not the different gospels revival, but the REAL revival! Not the counterfeit revivals that are void of the true power of God, that are void of order, that the devil uses to distract people. There are many people who want the real revival! They want to see more people delivered. They see purity in leaders who are leading this revival and they are cheering them on because they know how badly the body of Christ needs pure examples.”

Look how MANY were eager to see David become king instead of Saul, just as the Lord had promised.

1 Chronicles 12:24

From the tribe of Judah, there were 6,800 warriors armed with shields and spears.

Today we’re armed with the armor of God! Armed with the anointing to stand strong against every attack of the devil!

1 Chronicles 12:25-30

From the tribe of Simeon, there were 7,100 brave warriors.

From the tribe of Levi, there were 4,600 warriors. This included Jehoiada, leader of the family of Aaron, who had 3,700 under his command. This also included Zadok, a brave young warrior, with 22 members of his family who were all officers.

From the tribe of Benjamin, Saul’s relatives, there were 3,000 warriors. Most of the men from Benjamin had remained loyal to Saul until this time.

From the tribe of Ephraim, there were 20,800 brave warriors, each highly respected in his own clan.

These were respectable people!

1 Chronicles 12:31

From the half-tribe of Manasseh west of the Jordan, 18,000 men were designated by name to help David become king.

They were designated specifically to help David become king, to help David possess the land God had promised. That’s powerful!

1 Chronicles 12:32-37

From the tribe of Issachar, there were 200 leaders of the tribe with their relatives. All these men understood the signs of the times and knew the best course for Israel to take.

From the tribe of Zebulun, there were 50,000 skilled warriors. They were fully armed and prepared for battle and completely loyal to David.

From the tribe of Naphtali, there were 1,000 officers and 37,000 warriors armed with shields and spears.

From the tribe of Dan, there were 28,600 warriors, all prepared for battle.

From the tribe of Asher, there were 40,000 trained warriors, all prepared for battle.

From the east side of the Jordan River—where the tribes of Reuben and Gad and the half-tribe of Manasseh lived—there were 120,000 troops armed with every kind of weapon.

That’s 120,000 troops! JESUS! Look at our God!

1 Chronicles 12:38

All these men came in battle array to Hebron with the single purpose of making David the king over all Israel.

All of these people came with a single purpose: to make David the king over all of Israel. They came to stand with God’s move, with the leader God had chosen. They stood for justice. They stood for God’s will to be done when Saul was trying to stop it. They came for that reason, not with other motives. They came with pure motives: to be on God’s side, to stand with God and say, “Devil, you cannot win this. We stand with God.”

1 Chronicles 12:38-40

In fact, everyone in Israel agreed that David should be their king. They feasted and drank with David for three days, for preparations had been made by their relatives for their arrival. And people from as far away as Issachar, Zebulun, and Naphtali brought food on donkeys, camels, mules, and oxen. Vast supplies of flour, fig cakes, clusters of raisins, wine, olive oil, cattle, sheep, and goats were brought to the celebration. There was great joy throughout the land of Israel.

They all stood together! They looked around and saw this massive revival army and they saw that there were more for them than against them. They looked around and they said, “God’s will must prevail. Look at the signs and wonders He has performed. Look at all the eyes He has opened up to Him. Look at all the pure hearts that stand with us for justice, for truth, for God’s will to be done!”

JOY! There was great joy! Because they could see God bringing victory at last!

We know about the Scripture of David dancing. It’s mentioned a couple of times in Scripture, but one of the times is actually just a few chapters later, when God brings the victory through the revival army, and David possesses the land and finally becomes king. The promise is fulfilled and then they’re able to bring the ark of the covenant, the presence of God, into the city! They’re able to usher the kingdom of heaven into the land God had promised them.

The land had been held by Saul unjustly. But now, the ark of the covenant came; the presence of God could come. God gave them victory and David danced wildly because he was in awe of God!

What a powerful chapter is 1 Chronicles 12!

Galatians 4:7

So you are no longer a slave, but God’s child; and since you are his child, God has made you also an heir.

David went from being a fugitive for many years to being king overnight.

Joseph went from being a slave and a prisoner for many years to being a ruler in the highest position possible in Egypt besides Pharaoh.

Jesus went from being imprisoned, tortured, crucified, and killed to being resurrected and defeating the devil once and for all. He brought salvation to every single person who would come to Him.

Wow!

Do you see the similarities in all of these servants of God?

The people today that are persecuted, that are thrown in pits, imprisoned, falsely accused, thrown in spiritual prisons, who are whipped with negative words today, those who have mud thrown on them: God will cause them to be leaders in His revival!

God is saying to us today, to us who have been persecuted, who have been rejected, who have had false accusations slung at us, that we are in the position these people were in! David, Joseph, Jesus. God is using this as a catalyst to bring us to possess the land and become His leaders in His revival.

All that being said, you need to get the “Egypt” out of you. You need to see yourself as a son, as a daughter of God, as one who is called to possess this land, as one who is called to be a leader.

This is one of the big keys of how I’ve been able to stand strong and continue to do the work of God, no matter all the persecution that has come my way. One of the big keys has been renewing my mind of who God has called me to be, and of the land He has called me to possess. That I am not a slave. I am not a slave to people's opinions, words, false accusations, public statements, and exposed videos. I am not a slave to them and their words and their evil schemes. I am not a slave to their lies. I am not controlled by them. They are not my captors. They do not have lordship over my life. Jesus has lordship over my life. Jesus dictates my life. It doesn’t matter what they say against me; God’s will must be done in my life. I am who God has called me to be. I am an apostle of Jesus Christ for the glory of God! I am a woman He has called to be a leader, a pastor, and a preacher. I am called to be a leader in God’s revival, for His glory, to be a vessel of Him, of His power. That’s who I’m called to be, not what these people say.

I knew it was obedience to God to renew my mind that I am a daughter of the king, not a slave. That I am who God has called me to be, who God says I am and not what these people say I am and what they want me to be.

I was diligent to guard my heart. Through these years, I’ve been diligent to guard my heart. I’ve been diligent to not listen to their words. I’ve been diligent to not watch their videos. I’ve been diligent to not take in anything that they are saying because I know what God has said about me, what He says about me, what He has prophesied for my life. I know that I know. Nobody else can tell me otherwise! Anything else is a lie. Anything else is from the pit of hell. Anything else is the devil’s voice, and I will not listen to the devil’s voice; I will not accept the devil’s voice. I will reject the devil's voice again and again and again!

I will continue to do what God has called me to do. I will continue to be who God has called me to be, today and every day of my life, until I go home to be with Jesus. God wants you to start doing this, too. You are called to be leaders, too. You are called to be leaders in God’s revival army. He has brought you as warriors with special giftings that God needs for the kingdom, giftings that I don’t have, that He put specifically in you. And as you surrender to Him, He will anoint you and use you so powerfully. You will reach people that I can’t reach. You will spread the good news to people that I can’t reach. God needs you to see yourself rightly. He needs you to have respect for yourself as a warrior in this revival army. He needs you to know in your heart that this is God’s revival, that this is God’s move. He wants you to have this confidence because that’s how you will possess the land. Otherwise you will not possess the land. Otherwise you will not shine brightly to lead people into the kingdom. It’s time to step up as brave warriors of God and be strong and use the giftings God has given you, and stand more proudly and confidently with Jesus than ever before.

God has revealed Himself again and again; you don’t need more proof. You don’t need to be discouraged by a Pharisee’s voice ever again! You’re wasting your time and you’re listening to the devil. Stop it! It’s time! It’s the year of acceptance. It’s time to stand strong and be serious about the Father’s business. This is the most serious work in the whole world.

Can you imagine the seriousness that the disciples of Jesus had in doing the work of God? Can you imagine if you were among the 12? Or imagine you were just 300, like Gideon’s army. Imagine they were just 300 in the first church. How serious is that work of God? How serious is it to spread the good news?

That’s how it is in this revival because you are among the first in this revival army. You need to take it so seriously, like the Samaritan woman at the well. Jesus’ power is available now, and many people don’t know about it. God is moving mightily for eyes to open up and to come and receive. You have to go out there and spread this good news like the Samaritan woman at the well. The Samaritan woman at the well said, “The Messiah is here, you have to go now! You don’t need to be living in torment anymore! You do not need to be unsaved anymore! Go!”

That’s the urgency we must have in our hearts. Revival is now! God’s power is here! You don’t need to be bound by the devil anymore! Go! You need to have that urgency to get out there, to spread the good news, to serve God however He’s calling you to serve Him, with excellence. You need to have this urgency, “People are not walking in their callings. People could be walking in their callings right now; they could in God’s will; they could be receiving impartation of the anointing. They could be walking in God’s power!”

You see, this is URGENT!

Now that we are in the tenth month of this year of acceptance, we have to work harder than ever, with more excellence than ever, with more urgency than ever to do the work of God. To stand confidently and proud of our Jesus and possess the land. It’s time to possess the land.

Are you ready, warriors of God?!

It’s time to walk in victory! It’s time to walk in the Promised Land!
