How to Love God More
This message was shared by Apostle Kathryn Krick Lead Pastor/ Apostle of 5F Church in Los Angeles, CA, on December 14, 2025. To watch the full video, scroll to the bottom of this post. We pray this teaching blesses you and equips you to walk as a powerful vessel of God.
Most Christians want to know how to love God more. That's in their heart. They love God, but they don’t feel like their love is as big as it should be. A lot of believers feel stuck because of this. Maybe some of you feel like something is wrong with you or there is something wrong with your heart. I know this all too well because this is part of my testimony.
Ever since I can remember, I’ve always loved God. My first memory is at age four, giving my life to Jesus as my mom asked me, “Do you want to give your life to Jesus?” I said, “Yes.” Within the past few years, I’ve realized that this is my first memory. I always remember loving God. It was a while until I learned how to have a relationship with God. It wasn’t until my late teens to early twenties that I started learning how to have a relationship with God. But I loved God for my whole life, and I always knew that I had a special love for God. I always wanted to talk about God. When I reached my teens and early twenties, I came around different circles with Christians who talked passionately about God and about their relationship with God. I started to feel insecure about my love for God and my relationship with God because other people would talk about their intimacy with God, and it felt like I was missing something. It felt like they had something I didn’t have. I would feel, "What's wrong with me? How do I have that? How did they get that? I want that.” That hunger led me to start seeking God like never before.
Seek God
Jeremiah 29:13
You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.
This is my testimony, my story. I started seeking God with all my heart, and as soon as I started seeking Him, I started finding Him like never before. The more that I would seek Him, the more I would find Him. And my eyes started to open up about how real He was on this earth—not just in heaven, but in our personal lives. As I saw people being healed and delivered, God moving in power through vessels in the prophetic ministry and opening my eyes to His nearness and His intimate love for me, my eyes opened up to who He really was. My eyes opened to Him as a person rather than an idea, like Santa. My eyes started opening up to see, “He is a real person and He loves me so much. He loves people so much.” My eyes started opening up to that truth where it became not just something that I heard and believed, but I started knowing it with all of my heart—experiencing it and knowing it. When I encountered God’s power, my eyes were opened, and when I was baptized in the Holy Spirit, my eyes opened up to God’s love and nearness, to His majesty. I had this knowing that His plans for me are good—this knowing that He is the Lord of all creation, and what is there to fear? What is there to worry about? My life is in His hands. My eyes opened up to this truth, and I fell in love with Jesus. Before, I loved Him, but now, I fell in love with the person of Jesus. I found, “This is what I had been missing this whole time.” I just had to seek, and then God did the rest.
It’s like knocking on the door so He can open it. You can see Him face-to-face, and He can touch you, He can hug you, He can embrace you. You can see Him. You can feel His touch. You can taste His goodness. He’s now tangible. He’s not on the other side of the door where you couldn’t see, smell, feel, or hear. You knock and He opens the door and He does the rest. You see Him. You see His amazing love and He’s irresistible. You fall in love with Him. That’s how amazing Jesus is.
But you all have to go on that journey on your own. You all have to knock on the door yourself. I can’t knock on the door for you. You have to decide, “I WANT to seek. I want to find, so I’m going to seek.” You have to make the decision that you want God more than anything else. You want to seek Him rather than seeking other things.
So how to love God more, seek Him.
Religion says that to love God more, you need to strive; you need to do things religiously and be forceful about it, even when it’s not in your heart. But God wants it to be real. You have to seek Him and then it will be an authentic love because you’ll find Him and you can't help but fall in love with Him.
Seek Him: that’s the answer. How to love God more? Seek Him.
To love God more, you need your eyes to be opened up more in the spiritual realm. You need to gaze. You need to see how beautiful He is. You need to see how faithful He is. You need to see His goodness. You need to see His intimate love for you, how He knows you so intimately. You have to seek so that God can open up your eyes and you cannot help but fall in love with Him.
For people in the world who don’t know God, my prayer for people is that they would seek Him. Because they just need their eyes opened. When their eyes open, they will be a believer! They will follow Jesus.
Obey God
Part of seeking God is being obedient to Him. It’s not only coming to church where God’s power is, but it’s also being obedient to God in your life. Every year, I’ve experienced more awareness of God’s love, but that came from continually seeking Him in obedience. Walking in obedience is how you begin to see more of His goodness and faithfulness unfold in your life.
Hebrews 11:6
But without faith it is impossible to please Him: for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek him.
God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. My eyes have opened up more every year to the goodness and faithfulness and love of God by seeing the reward come upon my life. There's an immediate reward when you start obeying God. The immediate reward is to see the anointing start coming upon your life, to see protection in the spiritual realm like you’ve never experienced, to see things break off your life as you are delivered and healed. You have peace and joy in your relationship with Jesus, and peace and joy by knowing you’re in His will, that you’re touching the Father’s heart as you seek Him every day and obey Him. You have peace and joy from doing what you were called to do on this earth, from seeing others touched by God because of your obedience. That’s where peace and joy come from—peace and joy that the world can never give—as you surrender to God and unlock these blessings, the inheritance that comes with being a child of God, of healing, freedom, peace, joy, friendship with God, intimacy with God, and walking in your calling and seeing God touch people because of your obedience. So you experience an immediate reward, but then other rewards come later from diligently seeking after God.
Psalm 37:4
Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
Do you know that God made you a certain way, and He gave you certain desires? Many of your dreams and desires came from God. He put them in you, in your mother’s womb. He put them there for a purpose. He put them to be used for His glory. He put them there to bless you, too, as He brings the fulfillment of these desires and these dreams.
When you surrender your life to Jesus, God asks you to lay down your life. Laying down your life includes everything—the desires of your heart, your dreams—not to throw them in the trash and forget about them, but to hand them over to God and let Him do what He wants with them. Maybe some dreams weren’t godly so they do go in the trash, and He gives you better dreams. But for many of them, He wants to fulfill them. They are dreams and desires He gave you so He could use them for His glory, to reveal His love and goodness through fulfilling the desires of your heart and dreams someday, in His perfect timing. The Bible says, God makes everything beautiful in its time (Ecclesiastes 3:11). Usually, we want things in a different time, but they won’t be beautiful when we want them. Those desires of our hearts, those dreams, those blessings will crush us; they’ll distract us. They’ll divert us from God’s calling for our life if they come too soon, when we want them. But God makes everything beautiful in its time, in His time. He knows when you are ready, when everything’s aligned spiritually for all these complex reasons we don’t understand. He knows when He can release the desires of your heart, when He can release those dreams to you. It will be a blessing to you, and it will bring glory to Him and will complement your calling.
There are some desires of your heart that maybe you’ve forgotten about. You thought, “I guess it just wasn’t God’s plan for me to have this dream.” Because years have passed. God will call you to lay down your strength sometimes and use your weakness instead. That’s how it was for me. My strength was in singing and acting. Those were my biggest passions in terms of giftings and what I thought I should do with my life. But God ultimately wanted to actually use my speaking words as my main assignment on this earth, not my singing words, to pray for people and to minister to people. That was God's plan, and those were not the desires of my heart. Speak, preaching, and ministering were not my dreams—not even 1 percent of my dreams. They weren't on the list, not even far down. But that was God's plan, so He called me to lay down my gifts, my dreams, and the desires of my heart.
Sometimes you have a passion for these giftings that He calls you to lay down. You put your heart there. But God wants to use you in your weakness, in a different way. Maybe it’s not an extreme weakness but it’s just something that’s not a huge gifting or huge passion, but that’s how God wants to use you, as your main assignment on this earth. He needs to form a heart in you for that assignment. Whether that’s a weakness in you or a mediocre gifting and passion, He wants this to be your biggest passion for the work of God. He wants your heart to be totally for His work, for advancing His kingdom. And whatever your specific assignment is, He wants you to have such a passionate heart for what He’s called you to do for the Kingdom.
God wants you to be so focused, and in order for Him to mold this heart in you, other things can’t fit in your mind, on your plate. You have to lay them down completely. But God doesn’t forget about these desires of your heart and these giftings that you lay down. “Delight in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.” When these desires are pure, you can rest and know that He will give you the desires of your heart, in His perfect timing.
As I’ve served God ever since stepping into my calling nine years ago, I’ve seen God release desires of my heart. God has shocked me and surprised me with desires of my heart fulfilled that I laid down nine years ago. Some of these I had even forgotten about because I just fully laid them down and fully focused on what He’s called me to do. My mind was just consumed and filled with the calling: the assignment. So I’ve been blown away by the goodness and faithfulness of God as I’ve seen Him give me reward for obeying Him. It has really touched my heart and opened my eyes more to His love and how He doesn’t forget about things.
He knows you so intimately, and He cares about your heart. He cares about what you care about—about the desires of your heart, about your dreams. He doesn’t forget; He’s releasing them to you. They’re coming in His perfect timing. But you have to keep seeking Him and to trust; you have that childlike trust and keep seeking Him, trusting that you will find more of His goodness. You will see the reward; you will see the blessings come.
Nothing Is Wasted
Another way my eyes have opened up to the goodness and faithfulness of God is seeing Him bring me through battle after battle, protecting me, preserving me, defending me, lifting me for His glory, bringing this supernatural victory again and again. I stand amazed at the goodness and faithfulness of God. I stand amazed at how mighty and victorious our God is. I stand amazed at the justice of our God. He is a God of justice, and you can trust Him. You can trust Him that when you’re innocent, you don’t have to worry about defending yourself. You don’t have to worry about living in injustice. You may go through a season of injustice, but justice will come when God makes everything beautiful in its time. It will astound you how God does it; His faithfulness.
So many people miss the revelation of God’s love for them when they’re experiencing wilderness seasons and attacks. We need to grow up spiritually, to renew our minds with the Word of God. In the Word of God, we see story after story of these servants of God, none of whom have an easy life. They all go through a process to become these mighty servants of God who bring change to the world. They go through a refining fire, a wilderness, where they are shaped and molded. But we see that every time, it’s temporary. Every time, God is faithful to bring justice, vindication, and lifting, for His glory. He is faithful to lift the humble every time, and God’s plans prevail every time. In the Word of God, we see that God always wins. There’s never a sentence in the Bible that says, “God lost that battle and the devil won.” You will not find it.
So I know that there is a temptation when you’re in the wilderness, when you’re going through an attack or injustice, or you’re going through a season where you’re not experiencing abundance, it feels like you’re stagnant. There’s a temptation to wonder, “Why is God allowing this?” The enemy will throw that in your mind. But I want to encourage you to grow up spiritually and be aware of what is going on in the spiritual realm. Be aware of the season that you are in, and of the goodness of God to take you through this wilderness.
I remember when our church was decreasing in number for years and I went through spiritual battles that were hard—it was one thing after another, and I was crying. But by the grace of God, I had the spiritual strength to go in the spirit and renew my mind. Through tears, I prayed, “God I trust you. I know you’re allowing this to happen for my good. You know what I need. You have called me to something huge and obviously I have to go through biblical-like refining fire, like Joseph did, like David did, like all the disciples did. I obviously have to go through that.” I renewed my mind to that truth.
Joseph was thrown in the pit, Joseph was falsely accused and thrown in prison, David was hunted for eight to ten years, hiding and running for his life. But God came through for them every time. Those seasons were temporary, but those seasons were also valuable and precious. They needed those seasons to shape them to be these mighty heroes of faith who changed the world. And God was good through it all; the devil didn’t win anything. If he took anything, God restored it sevenfold and more. So I renewed my mind to say, “Thank you, God. I know I need to go through this, and you know what I need. You know the amount of years of wilderness, and I trust you. I’m glad you’re in control and that I’m not trying to figure out my journey, so I trust you.”
I want to encourage you, people of God, to renew your mind in these seasons. If you’re in those seasons right now, renew your mind to the spiritual reality of what’s going on. You need this season. It is the goodness of God that you’re in this season. It is the goodness of God that you’re in this precious refining. You’re going to come out like gold; you’re going to come out shining; you’re going to come out a completely different person. God is going to be able to lift you for His glory. He’s going to pour out His anointing upon you. People will come into the kingdom and be healed and delivered because you went through what you’re going through right now. None of the wilderness seasons I went through, none of those spiritual battles, none of those false accusations, none of those spiritual attacks were wasted. I look back in awe of God and I think, “I see what you were doing through this." We were decreasing in number in our church, but now I look back and I see that I have patience I didn’t have before. I have a deep trust in God that I didn’t have before. I have a faith I didn’t have before, because I went through that waiting. That’s the goodness of God. That’s the love of God for me and for people who can now receive through my ministry. It was the love of God for me and His people to take me through that hard season.
When I think about the false accusations that people spoke about me, I think, “I see what you were doing in that, God. I see that you were pruning my heart; you were purifying my heart. You were making me die to my ego. You were bringing me to a place where I wouldn't care about what people think, but I would only fear you. You were building faith in me yet again.” I had to trust God in a way I never had to before, that He would defend me, that He would preserve me and protect me, and that He would show himself in my life so people would see the truth. I never had to trust God in that way before. So now, on the other side of it, my heart is more pure. I don’t care what people think as much; I can see the fruit of that in my life.
I used to feel nervous when I would hear lies about me or read negative comments people would make about me. I don’t find that happening anymore because it’s real change. Even this past year, we went through another storm, and it was even a blessing for me to go through that to see how I have changed. I could see even the goodness of God through that. I thought, “Wow, God, because of what you took me through before, I have peace now in a storm that I didn’t have in prior storms. But this storm came and I have peace now. I have a deeper trust in You and I have a better focus on the work of God now that I didn’t have before.” So even going through that storm, I saw God’s goodness and faithfulness and love for me and His people.
I look back on my life now and I have this understanding I didn’t have before, of the goodness and faithfulness and love of God. Because in the middle of it, you come to this place of “I don’t get it. I trust you, God, but I don’t understand why you are allowing this to happen.” When revival first broke out, people would speak lies and other people would believe them and would leave. They would open up doors to the enemy, and they would lose their freedom. So in the middle of it, it was hard to understand God’s ways. I would think, “How can you let this lie go forth? But I trust you.” I didn’t verbalize that, because I respect God too much, and He strengthened me to know the power of my words. But I would have these thoughts. “Why is the church getting smaller and smaller every year before revival broke out? I know that I received impartation of anointing and Jeanntal and a couple of others have expressed they are being blessed and transformed as they come to our tiny church, so why is it getting smaller? The anointing in here. And my spiritual father, Prophet GeorDavie, prophesied “Revival is now!” so why aren’t we getting bigger? The anointing is here.” These are the thoughts I would have, but I trusted Him. I didn’t understand then, but now I have this understanding: to become an anointed vessel of God who carries God’s power, who carries great responsibility as a leader in the body of Christ, and who is one of the bigger targets that the enemy has, that’s no small thing. You have to go through this kind of refining fire. I needed to go through all that, to transform to be more like Jesus, to be able to walk in this big calling He had for my life. He knows what we need. Just like parents know that their kids need vegetables, naps, to go to bed at a certain time, to not watch certain things—they know what they need. God knows what we need, and we can trust Him.
I didn’t have that understanding in the midst of the wilderness, but I trusted God. When I look back on my life, at the hard things I’ve gone through, the battles, the nasty evil things people did to me, I can say I have a full understanding of God’s ways—like why God allowed it. He allowed it because He’s so good, because He loves me and His people. And I want to share that with you. This is what a spiritual mother or spiritual father does: they impart knowledge about God and His ways to you so that you can reach your destination quicker than they did.
So I share this with you so that you can start to have understanding and revelation of why God is allowing whatever is going on in your life right now. Maybe you’re not seeing a certain prayer answered yet, and it’s feeling like it’s stagnancy. You’re waiting, and it’s hard. You’ve been consistently obeying God for years now and you feel like you should be seeing some rewards but you're not yet. You can have this understanding now: God knows what He’s doing. His timing is perfect. Everything that He does in your life, that He allows, is because He loves you. Everything.
“God works out all things for good to those who are called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28). So to those who are surrendered to God, who are walking in their purpose and their assignment, God works out all things for good. He’s allowing these things for your good.
The Joy of the Lord Is Your Strength
Do you know that God wants you to always have joy and peace? Jesus appeared to my spiritual father, Prophet Dr. GeorDavie, and after that day, the anointing started to flow in his life and miracles started breaking out, he could see in the spiritual realm so clearly. In this vision, Jesus handed him keys with different religious names on them, different denomination, some of which he had never heard of before. Jesus said, “These are new religions that are coming that people will create.” And He said, “I’m giving you the keys to set people free. Go into the world and set people free from this religious bondage, from all kinds of oppression.” In this vision, Jesus was smiling like everything was right in the world. His smile was something Prophet GiorDavie had never seen. This shows the joy that God has. He’s king and He has defeated the devil. He sits on the throne and He establishes His plans. What He wants to happen, happens. He moves in power to save, heal, and deliver His people, and they are saved from the grips of the devil. They experience His love and heaven on earth: that is why our God is full of joy. The devil is defeated, and heaven is continually coming upon the earth more and more. And more and more souls are coming into the kingdom as they are healed and delivered and experiencing God’s love. He is full of joy. So to be like Jesus is to have His joy. You need to know that God wants you to have His joy. He wants you to have joy because He loves you, but also He wants you to have His joy because this is how you are like Him: this is how you shine His light, this is how His love overflows out of you. The joy of the Lord is your strength. Having joy equates to supernatural strength.
People have asked me in the past, “How do you do it?” Even this past month, I traveled for a month straight, just coming back for Sundays. I had the book signing in New York City, then had church on Sunday, and then I went to the airport Sunday evening to go to Italy. The answer I give is simple: the joy of the Lord! The joy of the Lord is my strength! It is supernatural. You will have supernatural strength and energy when you cultivate the joy of the Lord, when you protect the joy of the Lord in your heart, and when you take seriously having the joy of the Lord.
Luke 1:41-55
At the sound of Mary’s greeting, Elizabeth’s child leaped within her, and Elizabeth was filled with the Holy Spirit. Elizabeth gave a glad cry and exclaimed to Mary, “God has blessed you above all women and your child is blessed. Why am I so honored that the mother of my Lord should visit me? When I heard your greeting, the baby in my womb jumped for joy. You are blessed because you believe that the Lord would do what He said.” Mary responded, “Oh, how my soul praises the Lord. How my spirit rejoices in God my Savior! For He took notice of His lowly servant girl, and from now on all generations will call me blessed. For the Mighty One is holy, and He has done great things for me. He shows mercy from generation to generation to all who fear Him. His mighty arm has done tremendous things. He has scattered the proud and haughty ones. He has brought down princes from their thrones and exalted the humble. He has filled the hungry with good things and sent the rich away with empty hands. He has helped His servant Israel and remembered to be merciful. For He made this promise to our ancestors, to Abraham and his children forever.”
Mary was rejoicing. She was full of joy. The baby hadn’t even been born yet; Jesus was only in her womb. And there was so much uncertainty and temptation to fear, because she could have been stoned for being pregnant outside of marriage. Not to mention, it’s common sense that if you say, “The Holy Spirit has impregnated me and I’m carrying the Messiah,” most people will think you’ve heard from the enemy or there’s something wrong with your mind or you’re blasphemous. Mary knew all these things, but she chose to protect the joy in her. She chose to renew her mind and be in the spirit, just as Elizabeth was when John leaped for joy in her womb and she was filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke with so much joy.
Mary and Elizabeth were both in the spirit. They cultivated and protected the joy of the Lord that God has given them from beholding God, from seeing God, from their eyes opening up to the truth of how good and faithful He is. When your eyes see how good and faithful and loving God is, you can’t help but be filled with joy. You can know: you don’t have to worry a day in your life. You’re in the palm of God’s hand, and all you have to do is follow His direction. You don’t have to figure out anything on your own. You just follow His direction and He pours out blessings upon your life, fulfills desires of your heart, and uses you mightily to bless others. What great joy that is! To know that the devil is alive in this world but he is defeated. To know that whatever the devil tries, however people try to attack you, they can never win. God is on your side and He will bring victory every time. What joy that is! To know that God will never allow you to be in lack, that He will always provide for your every need. What joy that is! To know that no matter what, He is directing your steps every day! He directs the steps of the righteous man and woman, of those who are actually seeking Him, surrendering to Him, and are being obedient to Him. He is directing your steps every day.
Do you know that feeling when you’re in the car and you have the GPS on? There’s no fear of, “Oh, I hope I don’t make a wrong turn. I hope I make it to the destination.” You’re relaxing, you’re jamming out, you’re having a conversation with the other person in the car, maybe you’re praising God, you’re looking at the sunset—that’s how it is with God! What great joy! You can relax and rejoice in your car of life, as God is your GPS, directing you perfectly every single day. What joy it is when you don’t understand why things are happening but you know, “God works all things for good for those who are called according to His purpose” (Romans 8:28). You think, “I don’t get this, I don’t understand this, I don’t like this, but God is going to work it out for my good. He is allowing this for my good. I don’t understand it, but it’s for my good, Hallelujah!”
That’s what I’ve seen. Everything that I didn’t understand—all the hard things, all the things where I thought, “How can this be happening right now?” they worked out for my good. God used it for my good every time.
When you live in the truth of who God is, and how in control He is of your life, what great joy you will have. When you are not experiencing joy, that is a sign that you must renew your mind, that you’re not being in the spirit. That’s a sign! Renew your mind to what God has revealed you about His goodness and His faithfulness. Renew your mind to these truths that I’m sharing with you today. Renew your mind to how God has brought you through every time, how He always has provided for you, and how He keeps showing His goodness and faithfulness in your life. Renew your mind to all the blessings that He has given you in your life.
Mary proclaimed a powerful declaration of rejoicing that we should all proclaim in our lives: Oh, how my soul praises the Lord. How my spirit rejoices in God my Savior! For He took notice of His lowly servant girl. For He took notice of you, weak and foolish thing, Average Joe person, who has a bad past, whom people spoke negative words about, maybe that you wouldn't amount to anything—whatever people said, He took notice of you!
. . . and from now on all generations will call me blessed.
From now on, your children and their friends, and their children and their children will hear about you and call you blessed. God has brought revival in our generation—revival that will never end, until Jesus returns! Revival that will grow so massive! This is the beginning, and you are on the front lines of the revival army. You are like the first disciples of Jesus. Your children and their friends, their children and their friends, will talk about you. They will talk about how God used you to break generational curses off your family line. They will talk about how there was a shift, where your family experienced lack but now, from this moment of your life, when you stepped into full surrender in God’s revival, you and your whole family started experiencing the flow of the anointing upon your lives: healing, freedom, peace, joy, abundance, supernatural abundance. They will talk about it! I believe it with all of my heart!
For the Mighty One is holy, and He has done great things for me. He shows mercy from generation to generation to all who fear Him. His mighty arm has done tremendous things.
Have you seen His mighty arm do tremendous things in your life and in this revival, in this move of God? His mighty arm has done tremendous things!
He has scattered the proud and haughty ones.
He has scattered our enemies.
He has brought down princes from their thrones and exalted the humble.
He has done these things, hallelujah!
He has filled the hungry with good things and sent the rich away with empty hands. He has helped His servant Israel.
He has helped His revival warriors, His children. He has helped us, His people.
. . . and remembered to be merciful. For He made this promise to our ancestors, to Abraham and his children forever.
Genesis 13:14
This Scripture is the foreword, a promise for this move of God, for 5F Church, for you, for all of our lives in 2026.
After Lot had gone, the Lord said to Abraham, “Look as far as you can see, in every direction, north and south, east and west. I am giving all this land, as far as you can see, to you and your descendants as a permanent possession.”
What God is doing right now is prophetically aligning with the Christmas season. We are in a time of preparation and expectancy, excitement and great joy for the promise that’s about to be fulfilled. Jesus has already come as a baby, He has already died for our sins, He was resurrected and poured out His Spirit upon us all. We are not in preparation for His birth now, but in this season we remember the preparation and excitement and joy of the people at that time. We remember the goodness and faithfulness of God to bring Jesus as a baby. That’s what the celebration of Christmas is about.
Elizabeth, John in the womb, and Mary experienced this great joy and expectancy for prophecies that were spoken that are about to be fulfilled. It takes nine months for a baby to be born, so they knew it was soon. And this is so aligned with what God is about to do in 2026. I released the foreword of 2026, how God is giving us land, as far as our eyes can see. He is giving us what He has promised us. He is giving us land to possess for His glory. His is giving us land in this revival, in the spiritual realm to the physical. He is making this revival to expand and rise like never before, where it can’t be disputed, it can’t be taken down, it can’t be fought. It will stand strong! This revival will stand stronger than ever before and it will keep growing and growing and growing.
We have signs of what God is about to do in 2026 with this great hunger of the people in Brazil. And because of His beautiful timing, as He makes everything beautiful in its time, we have to get a stadium to house all of the hungry people in São Paulo on January 9. This is so soon! And this is a prophecy fulfilled that I have been believing in for about nine years or so—that revival will grow so big, that people will become so hungry for Jesus and to encounter His power that we would need stadiums to house all the people who want to come and receive from Jesus. I would think about this. I remember flying over the Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles. I would usually be on the right side of the plane, where I could see the stadium. And every week, I would think about what is going to happen on January 9. I would ponder on these things, as Mary did. I would ponder on these promises: “Revival is going to grow so big. The acceptance of the Lord is going to come. The religious spirit will not be able to hold back this move of God. In God’s perfect timing, we will need a stadium. We will need a stadium for events because of the hunger of people to receive from God.” I thought about that so many times, and now it is happening, on January 9, in just a few weeks! Glory to God!
This is a glimpse of the greater things we are about to see God do in 2026. 2025 was the year of acceptance, and God fulfilled that—He’s been fulfilling that, and we still have more days left in 2025, the acceptable year of the Lord! If we’ve seen God bring so much acceptance that left us in awe, even with the prophecy, imagine what is to come! Imagine the great things that God has in store! His victories; His promises fulfilled!
Now is the time prophetically for us to be like Elizabeth and Mary—for us to rejoice, because this joy is what is going to make the revival spread. Shining more with our joy, meditating on the goodness of God, living out the goodness and faithfulness of God every day, having this joy in God’s love and goodness and faithfulness. It will attract people in your life to come to Jesus, to step into this revival. It will attract them. This joy of the Lord is supernatural. It’s irresistible. And people can't miss it.
I want to encourage you to see the prophetic season that we are in. It’s time to rejoice! God is revealing what He is about to do, even what He’s already doing. It’s time to rejoice! It’s time to be expectant and excited and value what God is doing. Let our eyes focus on the goodness of God. Don’t look around at things the devil may be trying to distract you with in your life. Keep your eyes focused on the great things God is doing and is about to do!
Proverbs 4:23
Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.
Protect this joy! Know that protecting your joy and living in joy is obedience to God. And obedience to God is how we love God.
So how to love God more? Seek Him! If you ever feel like, “I want more love for God,” you just have to seek Him. You don’t have to force anything religious. Seek Him. Your eyes will open up. You will fall more in love. And that’s how you are able to love Him more.
Keep your joy. Cultivate this joy. Guard your heart. This obedience to God is an act of love toward God—to protect your revelation of His amazing love, so that you can shine this revelation to the world. There’s something different about someone who carries His joy. People think, “I want that!” When you share your testimony with joy, people believe it, and they want that! See the preciousness of your joy! It’s time to rejoice, people of God! It’s time to rejoice and be glad! God is good, God is faithful, and His love endures forever!
