Excellence for the Kingdom
This message was shared by Apostle Kathryn Krick, Lead Pastor/Apostle of 5F Church in Los Angeles, on January 18, 2026. To watch the full video, scroll to the bottom of this post. We pray this teaching blesses you and equips you to walk as a powerful vessel of God.
Colossians 3:23-24
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ that you are serving.
Whatever we do, we should work at it with all of our hearts, as if we are doing it for the Lord. So whatever God is calling us to do, including our jobs, we need to work as unto the Lord. We need to work with excellence and with all of our heart. When we serve God in the work of God, we need to do it with all of our heart. We are doing it for God, and so we need to treat it very seriously. This is for God, so it has to be excellent. We can’t do half the job. We want God to be proud of what we do. So when we say excellence, this is what I’m speaking of: the spirit of excellence. We also see this in Daniel.
Daniel 6:3
Then this Daniel became distinguished above all the other officials and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him. And the king planned to set him over the whole kingdom.
Daniel had an excellent spirit. This didn’t really have to do with giftings, but with work ethic—with care for things to be done well. Having an excellent spirit has to do with putting your heart into what you are doing. People can be extremely gifted and do something quickly and without much effort, and it looks exquisite. We’re not talking about giftings; we’re talking about your heart, your work ethic—that’s what the excellent spirit is.
Daniel was anointed by God. God had called him to be in this high position so that God could do such works through him—so God’s will could be done through him and the light of the world could be shining through him. But in order for Daniel to be at this place God had called him to be, where so much change could happen in the world, he needed to have a spirit of excellence. That’s what got him there and got him to be lifted to his anointed place that God had ordained. And this is what God is calling you to have as well: a spirit of excellence.
Why is excellence important in our personal lives and in the Kingdom of God? Why must there be such care to detail? Why must we put all our heart into our works? Well, excellence brings about beauty, good quality, and cleanliness—and all of these are attributes of heaven. Heaven is beautiful; it’s clean, it’s royal, and it’s of good quality.
Revelation 21:18-19, 21
The city was pure gold, as pure as glass. The wall of the city was built on foundation stones inlaid with twelve precious stones. … The twelve gates were made of pearls—each gate from a single pearl!
In heaven there is pure gold—and it’s not just a little! The city is made of pure gold. It’s beautiful; it’s royal. It makes you say, “Wow! Look at this place!” It’s pure; it’s clean. And there are beautiful jewels of every color.
Revelation 22:1-2
Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of the city.
Heaven is clean, clear, pure, and full of light, with no darkness where dirt can hide. It’s spotless and immaculate.
Revelation 19:14
And the armies of heaven, dressed in fine linen, [dazzling] white and clean, followed Him on white horses.
The armies are dressed beautifully; they’re clean and immaculate.
Revelation 21:19-20
The foundations of the wall of the city were adorned with all kinds of precious stones: the first foundation was jasper, the second sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth sardius, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl, the ninth topaz, the tenth chrysoprase, the eleventh jacinth, and the twelfth amethyst.
The foundations of the wall of the city in heaven have all these jewels. It’s not random that heaven is so beautiful, immaculate, clean, of good quality, and royal—God created it that way. He created it that way because He loves beauty and cleanliness. Even as we look at creation, we can never stop being in awe, right? I know I can’t. I still can’t get over sunsets. Yesterday I was looking at the pink clouds in the sky, and thinking, “Wow!” There is so much beauty. And in Rio, too. And this is earth; this isn’t even heaven! But this is God’s creation, and it’s so beautiful. God loves beauty. He loves cleanliness. He loves excellence. That’s God’s heart.
When things are dark, they’re also dirty, because you can’t see clearly to clean. So the opposite of excellence is having to do with the kingdom of darkness. This is one of the reasons excellence is so important, because it’s having to do with us being the light of the world. It’s having to do with the attributes of God—of light, of beauty.
Matthew 6:10
Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Jesus prays, “Your kingdom of heaven come to this earth, your will be done—your will of your light shining, of your beauty shining, of your purity shining—on this earth. Let what’s in heaven be done on this earth. On earth as it is in heaven. We can’t ignore this aspect of heaven: excellence, beauty, cleanliness, purity, and royalty. Part of bringing heaven to earth is this aspect of beauty and excellence. So this is one of the reasons why having a spirit of excellence is so important, because part of you bringing heaven to earth is having a spirit of excellence.
Matthew 5:14-16
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill can not be hidden, nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
God is calling you to be the light of the world and to lift your light up, because when you do that, He is revealed through you. For you to be the light is for Jesus to emanate out of you. And that is God’s main way of bringing the lost and the blind to Him. His number one way of revealing Himself—of revealing His love, of revealing that He is Lord—is by shining His light through you, as the light of the world.
One of the ways that we are the light of the world, where people can see the light of Jesus through us, is having a spirit of excellence. We are supposed to attract people. Much of this attracting comes from our character—that we would be like Jesus in how we treat others. The way that we act and speak attracts people. That’s one of the big ways that we are the light of the world. We are also the light of the world by our service to God, by doing good works and letting them be seen. But if you want to shine the brightest through the good works that you do—through the service that you do for God, both in the church and your workplace, even if it has no relation to the work of God—you will shine the brightest when you have a spirit of excellence in the work that you do. Because to work at something with all of your heart means that whatever the work you’re doing, it’s going to be better than if you don’t work with all of your heart. To work with all of your heart means to take more time to do something—to really put your heart into it, to put so much care into it. You don’t just think, “I need to get this done” but you think, “This needs to be the best that I can make it, the absolute best.” That's what it means to have a spirit of excellence. So when you work at something with all your heart, it's making it better.
Most people in the world like excellence—they're attracted to excellence, because we are made in the image of God. It’s the same reason that everyone desires to be loved and to love others: because they’re made in the image of God. Whether people are saved or not saved, we are made in God’s image, and so we have these similarities. People, by and large, are attracted to beauty; they’re attracted to excellence. People in the world who are very successful, like pop stars or singers or songwriters, didn’t achieve success randomly. They work hard at their craft and make it excellent. That’s why they're so successful and people are so attracted to them and play their songs all the time and go to their concerts. But these singers and songwriters have made something excellent, and people want excellence. People are drawn to excellence and to beauty. Think about anything in this world that most people use, like iPhone or Netflix—that didn’t happen randomly. The people who made these things worked with all of their heart, and they made them to be excellent so people would want them and be attracted to them because it was something that was excellent; it had a spirit of excellence over it.
So in this world, excellence wins above everything else, in terms of what people are attracted to and drawn to. It’s not a bad thing for people to be drawn to excellence. We are made in the image of God, and we are drawn to beautiful things, to things of excellence. And so do you see how important it is that we have a spirit of excellence in the Kingdom of God? Because we are called to attract the lost. We need to show how beautiful our God is; how beautiful the work of God is—not just in word. It needs to be revealed in everything that we do, to show: “This is how important and beautiful God’s work is.”
This is part of us being the light of the world. We are called to attract people to God, and this is one of the ways: through having a spirit of excellence. People can tell when we pour our hearts into the work of God. It attracts people and makes them think, “I want to watch that video. It’s done with care and with beauty. I want to watch more.”
Excellence speaks loudly. It communicates, “This is important. I want to be a part of this.” It’s that same principle with anything that people are attracted to, and we need to do that for the Kingdom of God. People are having excellence in the kingdom of darkness, in the world's way, and for selfish ambitions. What if we cared for the work of God the way people care about money and about selfish ambition? They work so hard, and they pour so much into their craft, but a lot of that motivation is to get rich, to get successful, to get fame. What if we would do this for God? For Jesus to be famous? For His revival to be known? We need to be selfless and have a heart for God to be known more. And that will happen as we shine our light through excellence, because that’s how people are attracted. One of the ways that people are attracted is through us being like Jesus, but also through us doing the work of God with excellence so that people see beauty. It makes them want to watch more, to find out more, to think, “This is something high level. This is something beautiful. This is something different. This is something extraordinary, above the norms. I want to watch more. I want to find out more. I want to visit that church.” So excellence speaks loudly.
And when we don’t give excellence to something, that speaks loudly, too. People think, “These people don’t really care. They’re not professional. They don’t put their hearts into this. Why do I want to be a part of this or hear what they have to say when they’re not putting their heart into their work, into the work of God?” People can see when there isn’t excellence. When there isn’t excellence, it becomes a hindrance for people to see our lights, to see Jesus. Without having excellence, it becomes a distraction to the beautiful work of God, to the important word of God coming forth.
As a leader, for example, when I am preaching, I think, “There needs to be nothing on this stage, no distractions. I don’t want to be preaching and for someone to get distracted looking at a sweater on the stage.” I have this in my mind—this excellent spirit that God had put in me. If we didn’t have this heart for there to be excellent audio and video, and excellence with the screen, then things would happen: problems with the audio and the video, like background noise or the camera shaking.
God has helped us get to where we are now. We haven’t always been this excellent. It also depends on God giving provision and on us growing in the Lord: to learn more about His spirit of excellence. But these things matter so that people are not distracted, so that they can hear the important word of God or the beautiful work of God that’s happening: the miracles, the testimonies. Things need to be done with excellence. People need to hear clearly. There can’t be distractions—that we can control, at least—so that people can hear this testimony that could change their life or see the power of God working that will open up their eyes to God's love. Even with things we put online, for example, if there isn’t excellence, then people are distracted from seeing the beautiful, perfect Jesus coming through the word, coming in power through ministry, deliverance, a prophetic word, or a testimony. When we don’t come up to God’s standard of excellence, we become a distraction. It’s like we’re clouding the beauty and the purity of God.
Some of you on the serving team might now understand why God has put this spirit of excellence in me. It’s because these things matter so much. It’s not that we have to be perfect and beat ourselves up when we’re not perfect, but we need to strive for perfection. In the Bible it even says, “Be perfect as God is perfect” (Matthew 5:48). Don’t have the expectation that, “Well, I’ll try my best, but most likely something will be missed.” No! That’s the opposite of striving for perfection. Strive for perfection. Go over your checklist, taking so much care for the work of God that nothing is forgotten or left out. And believe that God will help you to be perfect, or close to perfect, at least.
This is how we are the brighter light that attracts more people to Jesus. There are a lot of churches today that are not embracing the Holy Spirit, and some churches become more about entertainment and a good word but with no power. But for many of these same churches, they do have one quality of God’s heart: the spirit of excellence. That’s a big reason why those churches are so big, because they have the spirit of excellence, and people are attracted to that. We should have a heart for the work of God to grow—for the revival to expand and for the church to grow. It means putting our whole hearts into what we’re doing so that we’re playing our part for there to be excellence in the work of God, in the house of God.
Let me give you an example of this. When you go to a beautiful hotel or you visit a friend who has a beautiful house, or maybe you have made your home beautiful—when you go into any of those places, you probably think, “Ah, I never want to leave.” It’s beautiful, clean, homey, heavenly, and comfortable. And when you leave, you can’t wait to go back. That’s why it matters so much when we make the house of God, the work of God, beautiful and excellent. People will like, “Ah, I want to go there. It’s heavenly.” Not just in one aspect—that the power of God is moving and the word feeds you—but that in every aspect, it is heavenly. You feel like you’re entering heaven on earth and you think, “I don’t want to leave. This is home. This is heaven on earth.”
That’s how it should be when people come to church and to events, or when people tune in online or watch videos. They should feel, “I want to keep watching this. I want to watch more.” And we can do more. God does His part of His power moving, of His word coming forth, but we have a part to play in giving Him our excellence.
Deuteronomy 28:7-13
The Lord will cause the enemies who rise up against you to be defeated before you; they will come out against you one way, but flee before you seven ways. The Lord will command the blessing upon you in your storehouses and in all that you undertake, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God gives you. The Lord will establish you as a people holy [and set apart] to Himself, just as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the Lord your God and walk [that is, live your life each and every day] in His ways. So all the peoples of the earth will see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they will be afraid of you. The Lord will give you great prosperity, in the offspring of your body and in the offspring of your livestock and the produce of your ground, in the land which the Lord swore to your fathers to give you. The Lord will open for you His good treasure house, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hand; and you will lend to many nations, but you will not borrow. The Lord will make you the head (leader) and not the tail (follower); and you will be above only, and you will not be beneath, if you listen and pay attention to the commandments of the Lord your God, which I am commanding you today, to observe them carefully.
(“Be afraid of you” means people will have reverence and respect for you because God is with you.) Another reason why having an excellent spirit is important is because this is how God lifts you. God wants to lift you for His glory, but you have to play your part. As you humble yourself, He lifts you. But you also have to do something for God, to do work for God. Humble yourself and be obedient and work hard for God, and put your whole heart into what God is calling you to do. This verse says that God will bless the work of your hands. So if you don’t use your hands and do work, there is no blessing. He will bless the work of your hands.
There are times when God wants to lift you, for His glory. And as He lifts you, He’s going to pour out more blessings on you, for His purposes. It’s for the Kingdom, to lead more people to Him. And you also find that these blessings bless your own personal life. It’s both. But the main purpose of why He blesses you, why He lifts you, why He gives you more, why He gives you more financial abundance, is for the Kingdom. He wants to do this. This is how you shine brighter: when you show all of the aspects of abundant life that God brings. And many times, how you show love to people is through blessing them. Sometimes that’s through blessing them financially, like giving to the work of God. All of you who sowed into the work of God in Brazil at Revival is Now São Paulo—that was you loving those Brazilians and every person who came, from many different nations. When you gave to that event, that was you showing love to God and to His people. So God lifts you. He’ll lift you financially so you can give to His work, love His people, and bless certain people in your life that come and are in need. You bless them. You lend, and you don’t borrow, it says.
God will bless the work of your hands. When you work a little bit with your hands—not with all of your heart, but just a little bit—then you receive little blessings from God. When you work with all of your heart—when you work a lot with your hands—that means God can bless you more. The more you do with your hands, the more God can bless you.
Some of you are praying for God to lift you. You are praying for these dreams to happen, and the answer is in your hands, literally. The answer is to work with all of your heart. Stop being lazy! Stop being selfish. Work with all of your heart, doing whatever God is asking you to do both in your personal life and for the work of God. Because you’re missing out on blessings, on God blessing the work of your hands, when you’re only using your hands a little bit.
This year, God is calling us to a higher level of excellence at 5F Church. That’s why this word is coming in the first month of the year. This is a key to how God is going to bless the works of our hands so mightily. Remember, the mighty wind is coming, but it’s not for us to sit and think, “I’m ready. Take me, Lord!” We have to be going, and God gives us a push! We have to be in motion, and the mighty wind takes us much faster.
God is going to take this revival to new heights this year. Many more people will be drawn and come. But a big way this is going to happen is because the level of excellence in this revival army will increase. And it’s going to make the light in this revival, at 5F Church, shine brighter for more people to see, to notice, and to be attracted to it.
In Deuteronomy 28:7-13, we see God saying so often that He will give you great prosperity, good treasure, and He will pour out so many blessings upon you. He will make you the head and not the tail. He will make you be the lender and not the borrower. The word “prosperity” is mentioned more than 100 times in the Bible. God wants us to prosper spiritually, emotionally, and physically, for His glory—for us to be a brighter light, for the work of God to come up higher with a higher spirit of excellence. God wants us to prosper. The devil knows this truth.
One of the ways the devil tries to hold back the move of God, the work of God on this earth, is by speaking this lie, this doctrine that we should all be in poverty. That’s a big false doctrine in the body of Christ today: that it’s a problem to have an abundance of finances. People have abused finances in the church, and the devil has twisted it and made people think that having finances is a bad thing or a dangerous thing, or something to be afraid of, or even a sin. But we are called to have more than enough, for God's glory and God’s purposes. That’s why. So that we can give more to God’s work. Revival is Now São Paulo cost close to $600,000, and that was only for half the stadium. It cost a lot, but so many people were healed and delivered and touched by God. It was worth it! But that all happened from people who gave finances. God wants us to be blessed so that we can make the work of God go forth on this earth in a big and excellent way! Not in a tiny way, but in a way that reflects heaven, that the whole world stops and takes notice. They see it!
That’s why God wants us all to have more than enough. It’s not everyone’s calling to be millionaires, but it’s everyone’s calling and inheritance to have an abundance of finances, to have more than enough. It’s everyone’s inheritance to be a lender and not a borrower, so that when people are in need, you can bless them and you can do so much for God, rather than constantly being focused on, “How am I going to get money to eat food and to survive?” God’s bigger than that! And He wants you to be very active for His work, not consumed with looking at how to survive. That's a ridiculous false doctrine that needs to be exposed, because it’s holding back people from walking in the spirit of excellence.
Why People Are in Poverty
People are in poverty for these reasons:
First, it's a curse: it’s demonic oppression, sometimes generational, that needs to be broken by the power of God. When you position yourself where God’s power is and you surrender to Him and you renounce it, God will free you in one moment and you will get out of poverty right then and there.
The second reason people are in poverty is that it’s a seasonal thing. That was me for years. Joseph was in the pit, then in the prison. David was in the caves, where it didn’t matter how much money he had because he was fighting for his life, just to survive. But those weren’t their callings or their portion or their inheritance from God. Those were things that God allowed for a season to refine them.
God took me through years where I didn’t have enough money for anything. I needed to rely on my parents, who graciously helped me. I shared a room with someone for years. When I received my calling, I was in a two-bedroom apartment with three people, and I shared a small bedroom with another woman. That’s where I was when God called me, but God wanted me there: in the pit, in the prison, in the refining fire, to humble me. I know I would not value provision the way I do now if I hadn’t gone through what I went through. If I had never struggled to find enough money to pay bills, how could I value the provision that God gives me now? I’m grateful for it! We should be grateful for every kind of refining fire we go through because God allows it for a season. But that’s not your portion—it’s just a seasonal refining fire. That’s not supposed to be your life. That’s the journey of getting where God is calling you to be: in this high position, to be so blessed and to lend to the nations, as it says in Deuteronomy 28:12. That’s your calling. That way, you can have a heart for people in poverty and give to them when it’s God’s will, because you’ve been there. So another reason why people are in poverty is because it’s seasonal—it’s the refining fire that God wants you to be in for a season.
The third reason people are in poverty is because they are lazy. It’s because they have the opposite of the spirit of excellence. They are not using their hands, so God can’t bless their hands. The issue isn’t deliverance, and the issue isn’t the refining fire. They’re just lazy and are not putting their heart into their work. This mindset of poverty that’s so prevalent in the church today makes an excuse for laziness. This doctrine that believers should be poor, that it’s bad for believers to have more than enough money, becomes a mindset.
If you are not in demonic bondage and you put your heart into your work, you won’t be in poverty. It’s a principle. You need to use your mind, to go out and look for jobs. If the job you have now is not providing for what you need, go out and look for a different job. But if you put your heart into it, when God is with you, He’ll give you supernatural favor, He’ll give you a job you’re not qualified for. He’ll do it! So when you work with your heart, you will have abundance financially, in life, in your career, in your business. But in the church today, by and large, where there is that poverty mindset, it’s bad to have abundant finances. So that communicates to people, “Just don’t work with all your heart then. Because when you work with all your heart, then you’ll have abundance.”
Many people in the church today don’t care the way they should about the work of God, because of this wrong mindset. But God wants to lift you for His glory. He wants to pour out an abundance of blessings upon your life. He wants to pour out provision upon your life. You need to work with all of your heart, so God can bless the work of your hands greatly.
God can also give you seasons where you have enough, you don’t have too much extra, but you have enough, but it becomes a sacrifice for the Kingdom. There are those seasons as well. But the spirit of excellence is not just giving to the work of God financially; it’s in the work that you do for God. When you give your all, you are bringing so much excellence, so many riches, so much royalty to the work of God. When you pour your heart into the work of God, you are bringing heaven to earth, and that’s your calling.
Other people are not in the position or don’t have the giftings or the ability to serve God in the way that you are, to have their hands so much on the work of God. But God has given them finances, many finances, that He is calling them to give to the work of God. That’s how they serve with excellence. And for many people it’s both. But for some it’s one or the other. And for some, God is calling you in this place to serve Him, and maybe there aren’t a lot of finances coming into your life, but He’s calling you to serve Him, with your all, and there is reward that is coming, in God’s timing. Like how it happened in my life: there were years where I financially did not have much when I was doing the work of God. But then reward came, in His perfect timing.
Know that God sees all of your hard work and He is going to reward it, and He is going to reward it financially in His timing. The Bible says that the worker is worthy of their wages. He sees what you are doing for Him, and in His timing He will reward it greatly.
To have this spirit of excellence means wanting things to be perfect for God. So whatever God is calling you to do, whatever you have in your hands, whatever He’s directed you to do, however He’s directed you to contribute to His work, you have this heart, “I want this to be perfect for God!” That’s what the spirit of excellence means. To have the spirit of excellence, you need to get it in your heart that this matters to God so much, and you are putting your whole heart into it.
How to Have the Spirit of Excellence
God wants you to believe for greater miracles in your own personal life. If you feel like you’re not giving excellently to God the way you want to—maybe you’re really trying but you feel like you’re coming up short—believe God for greater miracles. Believe that He would equip you more, that He would pour out more of His spirit upon you to give you what you need: to give you more anointing, to give you more sharpness, to give you more skill, to give you more energy, to give you more strength, to help you sleep better through the night if you’re not sleeping well through the night. Believe God for greater miracles to help you bring more excellence to His kingdom.
If you have a heart to give more to God, to contribute to His work, believe God for greater miracles of provision to come into your life. And make the intention to knock on doors and to put your hands to work so God can bless them. Believe He has doors He’s going to open up, and when you knock on them, more provision will come.
The next way to have a spirit of excellence is to be more excellent with your serving. This includes being timely. It means making what God has asked you to do priority. It means denying yourself to get things done on time. That’s part of a spirit of excellence: taking more time to do things for God, not cutting it short, and doing everything possible to become better.
God uses the weak and foolish things (1 Corinthians 1:27). I’m a weak and foolish thing. Public speaking was my biggest fear and weakness. Also leading a group of people, even two people, was something I never wanted to do, and didn’t think I had the ability and gifting to do it. I had no desire to be a minister or a preacher, and I really didn’t think I had any kind of ability to do it. But by the grace of God, He gave me the ability.
What is it that God is asking you to do? What is it that you’re doing right now for God? How are you serving God right now? And that thing that you’re doing, do you feel like an amateur? Then you’re like me! I didn’t even see myself as an amateur, but as a novice, a beginner. So if you feel like you’re far from professional, you’re like me. You’re a weak and foolish thing. But you need to understand, God wants to turn you—an amateur, a novice—into a professional. Yes! You know, there are many professionals in this world. All of them started as amateurs. Some of them had wild giftings from the get-go, but a lot of them did not. A lot of them worked hard and grew in that gift until it became a strong gift.
Do anything possible to become professional in what you’re doing for God. You’ll be amazed at what can happen when you research, study, practice. You’ll be amazed at what you can learn, what you can grow in, and who you can become! Take the time! Make the effort! The knowledge is out there. There are many areas in the work of God where we need to learn things, like editing. I edited videos that, glory to God, went viral, and that’s why we’re all here today. It’s because God breathed upon those videos. But there was a time I didn’t know how to edit, and it’s definitely not my gift to be an editor. But I found iMovie and I started teaching myself. I didn’t have anybody teach me. I didn’t even have a professional editor give me lessons—which, by the way, is good to do, to have someone professional teach you. You’ll be amazed by the knowledge that’s out there and how God is waiting for you to put in effort, to learn and seek that knowledge so you can be excellent. You can bring this excellence that the world has and be excellent for Him in the kingdom.
God is calling you to make more effort. His power is coming upon you to speed up, to quicken this gift, if you’ll make that effort. So study, work, practice, research. It’s time to get professional! It’s time to get excellent for Jesus!
Are your eyes opening? Did you learn something today? Are you ready to go higher for Jesus? Let’s come up to God’s standard with this great standard of excellence that He is calling us to. This is what God wants, and this is my desire: for people to look at us, to look at 5F Church, and say, “Wow, they work hard for God. You can tell they love God, just by their excellence, by how they put their whole hearts into what God is calling them to do, into serving God’s people.” That’s how we become the light, too. People can see that we really love God by how we pour our hearts out in your service to Him and to His people. That’s what draws people, and leads them to say, “Wow, I feel loved here. I feel cared about here. These people serve us with all of their hearts.”
